Ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական հակամարտ ուժերի շփման գծում իրավիճակն առանձնահատուկ է համարում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար Մովսես Հակոբյանը' նշելով, որ ՊԲ առաջապահ ուժերը կարողացել են փոքր խմբերով մեծ խնդիրներ լուծել եւ դա անել հաջողությամբ: Հուլիսի վերջի եւ օգոստոսի սկզբի դրությամբ' ադրբեջանական կողմը մի քանի ուղղությամբ եւ մի քանի օր անընդմեջ դիվերսիոն հարձակման 16 անհաջող փորձ է արել, ղարաբաղյան կողմն իրականացրել է հետախուզական յոթ գործողություն' մեծամասամբ հաջողված:

«Օգոստոսի 1-2 գիշերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մարտական դիրքերից մեկի վրա բացահայտ հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել, քանի որ 40-50 հոգով դիվերսիոն գործողություն չեն իրականացնում: Իհարկե, նման գործողությունների նպատակն էր արդարացնել իրենց կորուստները, ինչ-որ բնագծեր կամ դիրքեր զբաղեցնել հասարակությանը ներկայացնելու համար»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ' ասաց Հակոբյանը' ընդգծելով, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը վերջին գոծողություններով ունի 36 զոհ. բոլորի անուն ազգանունները կան, վերցվել են հենց ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներից, եւ Մովսես Հակոբյանը պատրաստ է դրանք հրապարակել անհրաժեշտության դեպքում:

Նրա խոսքով' ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներն ավելի վաղ սկսել են լուսաբանել իրենց ծրագրերը, քան նրանց ղեկավարությունը կարողացել է դրանք իրականացնել: Ղարաբաղյան կողմի կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներին մասնակից զինծառայողների թիվը չի գերազանցել վեցը, իսկ ադրբեջանական կողմը միայն մեկ դեպքում 13 զոհ է տվել, այդ թվում' նրանց հրամանատարը: «Կարելի է փոքր խմբով շատ մեծ խնդիրներ իրականացնել»,-հայտարարեց Հակոբյանը:

Կրակոցների թիվը մեծացել է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ' անցյալ տարի հնչել է ընդհանուր առմամբ 7 հազար 560, իսկ այս տարի՝ 17 հազար 903 կրակոց: Հակառակորդը լարված շրջանում կրակել է նաև խոշոր տրամաչափի դիպուկահար հրացաններից, ինչին ԼՂՀ ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումները պատասխանել են ու պարտադրել, որ հետ քաշվեն: Մարտ-ապրիլին դիպուկահարների գործողությունների աճ է գրանցվել:
