Դատախազը 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ին հաստատել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն, ապօրինի իրացում և փողերի լվացում կատարած, ինչպես նաև նրանց օժանդակած անձանց վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթով մեղադրական եզրակացությունը և վարույթի նյութերը հանձնել դատարան:

Դատախազությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Ր.Մ.-ն տևական ժամանակ թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն կատարելու և ՀՀ տարածքում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ ապօրինի իրացնելու դիտավորությամբ, 2022 թվականի ընթացքում ստեղծել և ղեկավարել է հանցավոր կազմակերպություն: Վերջինիս կազմում ընդգրկել է Ա.Գ.-ին, Հ.Ն.-ին, Ա.Վ.-ին և դեռևս քննությամբ չպարզված այլ անձանց: Որպես հանցավոր կազմակերպության ղեկավար՝ Ր.Մ.-ն ապահովել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցների՝ առանց մաքսային հսկողության տեղափոխումը Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք, ապա ԻԻՀ-ի հետ սահմանին հարակից տարածքներում հանձնումը հանցավոր կազմակերպության մասնակիցներ Ա.Գ.-ին, Հ.Ն.-ին կամ նրանց առաջադրանքով գործող անձանց:

Իրենց հերթին Ա.Գ.-ն, Հ.Ն.-ն, Ա.Վ.-ն ու քննությամբ դեռ չպարզված այլ անձինք, հանցավոր կազմակերպության մասնակիցներ չհանդիսացող Թ.Մ.-ի, Հ.Մ.-ի, Է.Հ.-ի, Ռ.Ն.-ի, Վ.Ո.-ի և դեռևս ինքնությունները չպարզված այլ անձանց միջոցով ապահովել են մաքսանենգության առարկա հանդիսացող թմրամիջոցները ձեռք բերելն ու տեղափոխելը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք, ապա դրանց ապօրինի իրացումը:

Թմրամիջոցների իրացումից ստացվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ֆինանսական միջոցներ՝ 89 մլն 283 հազար դրամ, որի հանցավոր ծագումը թաքցնելու նպատակով գումարները ի սկզբանե ստացվել են տարատեսակ կրիպտոարժույթային հաշիվների, տարբեր էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակների, ապա փոխանցումների և փոխարկումների միջոցով վերջնարդյունքում փոխանցվել են տարբեր անձանց անուններով գրանցված, սակայն փաստացի հանցավոր կազմակերպության կողմից կառավարվող՝ ՀՀ-ում գրանցված տարատեսակ էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակներին, որից հետո կանխիկացվել կամ այլ կերպ տնօրինվել են վերջիններիս կողմից:

Բացի այդ, պարզվել է, որ հանցավոր կազմակերպության ղեկավար Ր.Մ.-ն թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն կատարելու և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ ապօրինի իրացնելու դիտավորությամբ, 2024 թվականի փետրվար ամսին մաքսանենգությամբ՝ մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված և քրեական վարույթով ինքնությունը դեռևս չպարզված անձի կողմից փշալարային ցանցի վրայով նետելու եղանակով ՀՀ պետական սահմանով՝ դեպի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք ապօրինի տեղափոխել է տարբեր տեսակների, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ մոտ 12 կգ քաշով «մեթադոն», «մեթամֆետամին» և «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ, որոնք հանցավոր կազմակերպության առաջադրանքով Վ.Ո.-ի օժանդակությամբ փորձել են ձեռք բերել Հ.Մ.-ն, Ռ.Ն.-ն և Է.Հ.-ն, սակայն վերջիններս հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել են ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից:

Դատախազը հանրային քրեական հետապնդում էր հարուցել հանցավոր կազմակերպության ղեկավարի, հանցավոր կազմակերպության մասնակիցների և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի իրացմանն ու մաքսանենգությանը, ինչպես նաև՝ փողերի լվացմանը ներգրավված 9 անձի նկատմամբ:
