«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

360.ru-ն «Արևմուտքի հրամանին սպասելով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանը հրաժարվել է միանալ ԱՊՀ երկրների արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի նիստի երկու եզրափակիչ հայտարարությանը։ Խոսքը «Եվրասիայում անվտանգության ապահովման սկզբունքների» և «Միջազգային հարաբերություններում միակողմանի սահմանափակող միջոցների կիրառման անթույլատրելիության» մասին հայտարարություններն են։ Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտնել էր, որ իրենք դրական արդյունքներ են ակնկալում ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ գործընկերության խորացումից և հույս ունեն ավելի ամուր համագործակցություն կառուցել։

Կարծես թե Հայաստանը, այնուամենայնիվ, մտադիր է դուրս գալ ԱՊՀ-ից, 360.ru-ի հետ զրույցում ենթադրել է քաղաքագետ, լրագրող Յուրի Սվետովը, բայց դա տեղի կունենա միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ արևմտյան կողմը խոստանա համապատասխան բարիքներ։ «Արևմուտքը, օրինակ՝ պնդում է, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու են Ֆրանսիան, Մեծ Բրիտանիան և ԱՄՆ-ը։ Նա խոստանում է, որ այդ երաշխիքները շատ ավելի հուսալի են, քան Ռուսաստանի ու ՀԱՊԿ-ի երաշխիքները»,- ընդգծել է Սվետովը։ Բայց քանի դեռ Երևանին ձեռնտու է ինչ-որ բան ստանալ Եվրասիական տնտեսական համայնքից, նա կկպչի դրանից, հավելել է քաղաքագետը։ Բայց Հայաստանի իշխանություններն արդեն հայտարարել են, որ իրենց կուրսը ԵՄ-ն է, հավատում են, որ իրենց կընդունեն այնտեղ։ Մի խոսքով, առայժմ կմնանք ԵվրԱզԷՍ-ում, իսկ հետո՝ հոպ, և կցատկենք դեպի ԵՄ։

«Հիշեցնենք 2013 թվականի Ուկրաինան, որը Ռուսաստանից վարկ վերցրեց, այն այդպես էլ չվերադարձրեց և պատրաստ էր բաց գոտու համաձայնագիր ստորագրել ԵՄ-ի հետ: Եվ միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ պարզ դարձավ, որ այդ դեպքում Ուկրաինան Ռուսաստանից չի ստանա այն արտոնությունները, որոնք ուներ նախկինում, ուկրաինացիները սկսեցին տատանվել։ Արդյունքում տեղի ունեցավ Մայդանը»,- պարզաբանել է Յուրի Սվետովը: Հայաստանը նույնն է անում, վստահեցրել է քաղաքագետը։ Ըստ նրա, հայերը չստորագրեցին «Եվրասիայում անվտանգության ապահովման սկզբունքների մասին» համաձայնագիրը, քանի որ կարծում են, որ նման անվտանգության երաշխիքներ կստանան Արևմուտքից։ Պատմությունը նույնն է նաև երկրորդ փաստաթղթի դեպքում։ «Նրանք հետևողականորեն հեռանալու են Ռուսաստանի հետ լավ հարաբերություններից, ես դրանում համոզված եմ։ Քանի դեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է այնտեղ իշխանության, քանի դեռ նրա կառավարությանը աջակցում է հայ հասարակությունը, այդպես էլ կլինի»,- ասել է Սվետովը։

Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, հիմք չկա ասելու, որ ԱՊՀ-ն հնացել է, և այն կարող է փոխարինվել ԲՐԻԿՍ-ով, որն այլ դեր ունի՝ համաշխարհային պետությունների միավորում։ Մինչդեռ ԱՊՀ-ն Եվրասիայում մերձավոր հարևանների ասոցիացիա է։ «Բայց ես այս տարիների ընթացքում բավականին թերահավատորեն եմ վերաբերվել ԱՊՀին։ Ես հիշում եմ, թե ինչպես է այն ստեղծվել։ Այդ կառույցը թույլ չի տալիս իր անդամ երկրներին ամբողջությամբ ցրվել, բայց նրանք բոլորն ուզում են միայն ստանալ ԱՊՀ-ին իրենց անդամակցությունից, իսկ ինչ-որ բան տալ չեն ուզում»,- եզրափակել է Սվետովը։
