ՀՀ սննդամթերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հրամանի համաձայն՝ հոկտեմբեր ամսին անասնահամաճարակային մշտադիտարկումներ են իրականացվել Կոտայքի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերում մսի իրացմամբ ու մատակարարմամբ զբաղվող տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների մոտ, ինչպես նաև անասնահամաճարակային նշանակության տարածքներում:

Մշտադիտարկումներն անցկացվել են 59 տնտեսավարողների մոտ (Կոտայք՝ 45, Վայոց Ձոր՝ 14), միայն 6-ի դեպքում են արձանագրվել խախտումներ և առգրավվել է ոչ սպանդանոցային ծագման ավելի քան 70 կգ միս-մսեղիք:

Արձանագրվել են խոչնդման դեպքեր։

Առգրավված խմբաքանակները ոչնչացվել են այրման միջոցով:

Հիշեցնենք՝ «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական վերահսկողության մասին» օրենքում նախորդ տարվա վերջին կատարված փոփոխությամբ ամրագրվել է, որ լիազոր մարմնի կողմից իրականացվող վերահսկողության ընթացքում ոչ սպանդանոցային մորթի արդյունքում ստացված կենդանական ծագման հումք և մթերք հայտնաբերելու դեպքում, կասեցվում է ամբողջ խմբաքանակի իրացումը և կայացվում է խմբաքանակի առգրավման և ոչնչացման որոշում:

Ոչ սպանդանոցային մորթի արդյունքում ստացված կենդանական ծագման հումքի և մթերքի ոչնչացման հետ կապված ծախսերը կատարվում են տնտեսավարողի միջոցների հաշվին, իսկ վերջինիս հրաժարվում է ծախսերը կատարելուց, լիազոր մարմնի կողմից կատարված ծախսերը հետագայում տնտեսավարողից կգանձվեն դատական կարգով:
