Հայաստանի երեխաներն ավելի շատ քաղցրավենիք են օգտագործում, քան աշխարհի 51 երկրում

Երեխաների շրջանում քաղցրավենիք օգտագործելու ցուցանիշով աշխարհի 51 երկրի ցանկում Հայաստանն առաջնային դիրքերում է։ Այս մասին է վկայում Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության և ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ-ի հետ Արաբկիր բժշկական համալիրի կատարած հետազոտությունը։ Դպրոցահասակ երեխաների առողջության վարքագծի  հետազոտությունը կատարվում է յուրաքանչյուր 4 տարին մեկ աշխարհի 51 երկրում։ Հայաստանում վերջին հետազոտությունը կատարվել է 2022 թվականին, որի արդյունքներն ամփոփվել են, առաջիկա ամիսներին կներկայացվի ամբողջական տարբերակը։ Մինչ այդ, Արաբկիր բժշկական համալիր-Երեխաների և դեռահասների առողջության ինստիտուտի մանկաբույժ, դեռահասների առողջության ծրագրերի համակարգող Մարինա Մելքումովան «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում հետազոտությունից առանձնացրեց մի քանի ցուցանիշներ, որոնք համարում է մտահոգիչ։ 

«Հետազոտությանը մասնակցել են 4300-ից ավելի 11, 13, 15, 17 տարեկան երեխաներ։ Ասեմ, որ սննդային վարքագծի համատեքստում Հայաստանի դպրոցահասակ երեխաների առումով ունենք մտահոգիչ պատկեր։ Առաջին մտահոգիչ ցուցանիշը քաղցրավենիքի օգտագործումն է։ Հետազոտությանը մասնակցած տարբեր տարիքի երեխաների շրջանում Հայաստանը բարձր դիրքերում է, սակայն առաջին հորիզոնականում է 15 տարեկաների շրջանում։ Այդ տարիքի աղջիկների 64 տոկոսը, տղաների 56 տոկոսն օրը մի քանի անգամ օգտագործում է քաղցրավենիք։ Սա իսկապես անհանգստացնող է և մտահոգվելու տեղիք է տալիս»,-ասաց Մարինա Մելքումովան։ 

Հաջորդ մտահոգիչ ցուցանիշը կապված է քաղցր գազավորված ըմպելիքների հետ։ Այստեղ Հայաստանի դպրոցահասակներն առաջին տեղում չեն, սակայն բարձր հորիզոնականներում են։ 15 տարեկանների շրջանում տղաների 32 տոկոսն է ամեն օր օգտագործում քաղցր գազավորված ըմպելիքներ, աղջիկների՝ 22 տոկոսը։ 

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի շրջակա միջավայրի հիգիենայի բաժնի բժիշկ-հիգիենիստ  Արայիկ Պապոյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի դպրոցների համար կան պարտադիր նորմեր, որոնք սահմանում են, թե ինչ կարելի է երեխաների սննդի ցանկում ներառել, ինչ չի կարելի։
