«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնող խմբի համակարգող, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Վեց տարի առաջ, երբ Փաշինյանը և իր վարչախումբը եկան իշխանության, նրանք իրենց խանդավառ ընտրողներին բազմաթիվ վարդագույն խոստումներ տվեցին: Տարիների ընթացքում սակայն, նրանք հետևողականորեն անում են խոստացածի ուղիղ հակառակը, ու ամեն անգամ փրփուրները բերաններին բացատրում, թե ինչու այլ կերպ հնարավոր չէր, կամ ինչու իրենցից ոչ մի բան կախված չէր, կամ էլ որ իրենք հիմա վերանայել են իրենց նախկին հայացքները ու ավելի «իմաստուն» են դարձել՝ ու այսպես շարունակ, փաթեթավորում են այս անվերջ ստերի շարանը և փորձում դրանով կերակրել իրենց դեռևս վստահող միամիտներին:

Երևանում տրանսպորտի գների թանկացումը դրա հերթական ցցուն օրինակն է: Իրենց պատռելով նախկինում հանրային տրանսպորտի թանկացման դեմ պայքարած «ակտիվիստները», այսօր գալով իշխանության, միանգամից երեք անգամով (!) որոշել են բարձրացնել հանրային տրանսպորտի սակագինը: Այն հանրային տրանսպորտի, որից օգտվում են հիմնականում հասարակության սոցիալապես պակաս ապահով շերտերը՝ թոշակառուները, ուսանողները, պետական և մասնավոր հիմնարկների շարքային աշխատողները, նպաստառուները՝ նրանք, ովքեր վստահել են այս իշխանությանը արդարության և ավելի լավ կյանքի ակնկալիքով, բայց հիմա իրենց ուսերի վրա են տանելու նրանց ոչ կոմպետենտ կառավարման և թաքնված կոռուպցիայի ողջ բեռը:

Մեր «ՀայաՔվեն»-ն թարմ վերլուծություն է անցկացրել՝ տեսնելու, որ Երևանում տրանսպորտի գների բարձրացումից հետո այն դառնալու է տարածաշրջանի ամենաթանկ երթևեկելու քաղաքը: Սա գալիս է ապացուցելու, որ այսպիսի թանկացումը հիմնավորված չէ ոչ ընդհանուր գնաճով, ոչ էլ այլ օբյեկտիվ գործոններով, այլ միայն կառավարման ցածր արդյունավետությամբ և կոռուպցիայով: Մենք չենք սահմանափակվելու այս վերլուծությամբ, այլ գործադրելու ենք մեզ հասու տարբեր միջոցները՝ թույլ չտալու, որ գործող իշխանությունը մտնի մարդկանց գրպանները, դրանում ակնկալում ենք այս ամենից տուժող յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու նախանձախնդիր վերաբերմունքը և ակտիվությունը:
