Իրանը երբեք չի լքել իր խաղաղ միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ բանակցային սեղանը, բայց համաձայն չէ բանակցել ճնշման ու ահաբեկման ներքո. այս մասին ասել է Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Աբբաս Արաղչին՝ Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության (ՄԱԳԱՏԷ) գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Գրոսսիի հետ հանդիպումից հետո:

«Այսօր ես կարևոր և անկեղծ զրույց ունեցա Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության գլխավոր տնօրենի հետ։ Որպես Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման մասին պայմանագիրի պատասխանատու կողմ՝ մենք շարունակում ենք լիովին համագործակցել գործակալության հետ։ Տարաձայնությունները կարող են լուծվել համագործակցության և երկխոսության միջոցով։ Պայմանավորվեցինք առաջ գնալ ամուր կամքով և բարի նպատակներով։

Իրանը երբեք չի լքել իր խաղաղ միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ բանակցային սեղանը: Այժմ հերթը Եվրամիությանն է։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք բանակցել՝ ելնելով մեր ազգային շահերից ու անվիճելի իրավունքներից, բայց չենք համաձայնում բանակցել ճնշման ու ահաբեկման ներքո»,- X-ում գրել է նա։

Նշենք, որ Գրոսսին Թեհրանում հայտարարել է, որ Իրանի միջուկային օբյեկտները երբեք չպետք է ռազմական հարձակումների ենթարկվեն:
 
«Ես հստակ հայտարարել եմ, որ միջուկային օբյեկտները չպետք է հարձակման ենթարկվեն: Միջուկային օբյեկտները չպետք է դառնան ռազմական հարձակումների թիրախ, քանի որ դրանք կարող են հանգեցնել շատ լուրջ ռադիոլոգիական հետևանքների»,-ասել է նա՝ մեկնաբանելով ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի դիրքորոշումը՝ կապված Իսրայելի կողմից Իրանի միջուկային օբյեկտներին սպառնացող վտանգի հետ։
