Քյասիբի ռադիո։ ՀՀ Կառավարության նիստը դարձել է տգիտության խոռոչ, որից յուրաքանչյուր հինգշաբթի օր հորդում է տխմարածին դատողությունների հեղեղ, որն էլ կարող է ապագա պատմաբաններին հասցնել հոգեընկճման։ Այո , ապագա պատմաբանները չեն կարողանալու հասկանալ , թէ երեք միլիոն մարդու պետության անվանական ղեկավարն ինչպես է կառավարել ' չունենալով գիտելիք, մեթոդ, եվ ամոթ։ Այսօր այդ անվանական ղեկավարը մի քսմտելի ներկայացում բեմադրեց եվ ,,քյասիբի ռադիոյի,, ամբողջ ներկապնակով իբր թէ նախշեց յուր աջակիցներին, մեղադրելով նրանց հնարավոր հանցագործությունների փնջով։ Մասնավորապես, տարատեսակ ուժային ծառայությունների ղեկավարներին մեղադրեց նրանց լիազորությունները չկատարելու, ծառայողական հանցավոր անփութության, պետական ռեսուրսների մսխելու, խաբեությամբ գումարներ, պարգևներ ստանալու, անհարկի մեքենաներ ձեռք բերելու եվ էլի բազմաթիվ հանցանքների կամ զանցանքների մեջ։ Ակնհայտ է , որ իրական Հայաստանում շատ պաշտոնյաներ չեն համապատասխանում իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոնին եվ պետք է հեռացվեն, դատվեն , պատժվեն։ Բայց կա մի հարց , որին Հիմա կմոտենանք ։ Իսկ կառավարության անվանական այդ ղեկավարը համապատասխանում է իր զբաղեցրած պաշտոնին։ Հեռու չգնանք եվ ընդամենը մեջբերում կատարենք կառավարության ղեկավարի վերաբերյալ օրենսդրության սահմանումից։

1. Վարչապետը Կառավարության ծրագրի շրջանակներում որոշում է Կառավարության ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղությունները, որոնք պարտադիր են Կառավարության անդամների համար:

2. Վարչապետը ղեկավարում է Կառավարության գործունեությունը և համակարգում է Կառավարության անդամների աշխատանքը:

3. Վարչապետը հետևում է Կառավարության ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղությունների իրականացմանը:

4. Վարչապետն ապահովում է Կառավարության գործունեության միասնականությունը:

5. Կառավարության գործունեության կազմակերպմանն առնչվող հարցերով վարչապետն ընդունում է որոշումներ, ինչպես նաև տալիս է հանձնարարականներ:

Լիազորությունների այս շարքի եվ այսօրվա քյասիբի ռադիոյի խոստովանության անտագոնիզմը վկայում են, որ ՀՀ կառավարության արդի ղեկավարը չի համապատասխանում զբաղեցրած պաշտոնին եվ առնվազն արագ կերպով պետք է հրաժեշտ տա վարչապետի պաշտոնին, ինչպես որ դա արեց իր կեղծ մոնթեիզմ մազածածկույթի հետ։

Այսօրվա խոստովանությունը վկայում է նաև մի շատ կարեւոր վտանգի մասին։ Այդ անվանական ղեկավարը չունի մեթոդ, չունի աշխարհի, երեւույթների ճանաչողության ուսումնասիրության ֆիզիկական անձնական հակում։ Մեթոդը (հին հունարեն՝ μέθοδος - ճանապարհ դեպի հետազոտություններ կամ գիտելիքներ, μετά- + ὁδός «ուղի» բառերից) այն հնարքներն ու միջոցներն են, որոնք ուղղված են օբյեկտի ուսումնասիրությանը։ Մեթոդ բառը ունի հունական ծագում և թարգմանաբար նշանակում է նպատակին հասնելու միջոց, եղանակ և ուղի։

Այո , որքան որ ցավալի է, ՀՀ անվանական ղեկավարը չունի դեդուկտիվ մեթոդ,
դիալեկտիկական մեթոդ,
ինդուկտիվ մեթոդ,
ինտուիտիվ մեթոդ,
գիտական մեթոդ,
ընդհանրացված մեթոդ,
փորձարարական մեթոդ։

Փաստացի երկրի կառավարման ղեկի մոտ է հայտնվել մի անձ, որի կառավարման ամեն օրը մոտեցնում է երկրի կազմաքանդումը։Բավական է հիշել երեկվա նրա հանցամիտ զեղումները ՀՀ անկախության անհնարինության մասին։ Ինչ պետք է անել: Պայքարել, պայքարել բոլոր ճակատներում, պայքարել դրա արբանյակների դեմ հանուն մեր փառավոր հայրենիքի եվ անկախության հռչակագրով նվիրագործված ինքնիշխանության։ Պայքարը պետք լինի ամենուր' ի շահ մեր քաղաքացիների իրավունքների , հանուն նրանց բարեկեցության, հանուն նրանց երեխաների, թոշակառու ծնողների։ Այս իմաստով պետք է չխորշել կռիվ տալու նաև քաղաքացիներին թալանելու նոր փորձի, 300 դրամ ուղեվարձի որոշման դեմ։ Քյասիբի ռադիոն պետք է փակվի !:
