ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում շփման գոտում տեխնիկական հագեցվածության ուղղությամբ՝ առաջնագծում հակառակորդի տեղաշարժերն ավելի լավ և արագ նկատելու համար: Ստեփանակերտում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ԼՂՀ ՊԲ հրամատար Մովսես Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ հատկապես վերջին օրերին հակառակորդի ակտիվ գործողությունները պարտադրում են, որպեսզի այդ ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներն իրականացվեն արագացված տեմպերով: «Այս ուղղությամբ մենք արդեն որոշակի քայլեր իրականացրել ենք: Բոլոր դիրքերում ստեղծել ենք այնպիսի պայմաններ, որպեսզի մեր զինվորները անհրաժեշտության դեպքում անվտանգ կրակ բացեն հակառակորդի ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև արդյունավետ պաշտպանվեն հակառակորդի խոշոր տրամաչափի զենքերից արձակված կրակոցներից»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց նա:

ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը նաև նշեց, որ վերջին տարիներին իրենց հաջողվել է ձեռք բերել գիշերային տեսանելիության սարքեր և այս պահին առաջնագծում չկա դիրք, որտեղ այդ սարքերից չլինեն: «Սակայն սա մեզ համար բավարար չէ: Մենք ցանկանում ենք գիշերային տեսանելիության սարքերը լրացնել նոր ջերմադիտարկման սարքերով, ինչը մեծ առավելություններ կտա: Նաև մեր հայրենակիցներից մեկի հետ, ով պետական սահմանների կահավորմամբ է զբաղվում և ում անունը չեմ ցանկանում նշել, մենք արդեն պայմանավորվել ենք, նրան հրավիրել ենք, ծանոթացրել իրավիճակին, և այս պահին ընթա նում են նախագծման աշխատանքներ»,- նշեց Հակոբյանը:

Նա վստահեցրեց, որ ցերեկային ժամերին առաջնագծում կանգնած զինվորները դիտարկման հետ կապված խնդիրներ չունեն: Խնդիրներ կան գիշերը, և հակառակորդն էլ իր բոլոր գործողություններն իրականացնում է մթության քողի տակ: Մովսես Հակոբյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ արդեն այս տարի լուծված կլինեն նաև գիշերային ժամերին արդյունավետ դիտարկման հնարավորությունների ստեղծման հետ կապված հարցերը:
