ԱՄՆ-ը կրկնապատկում է չինական արևային սարքերի տուրքերը

ԱՄՆ-ն նախատեսում է 2025 թվականից սկսած կրկնապատկել չինական արևային նյութերի համար սահմանված տուրքերը՝ հասցնելով դրանք մինչև 50 %, կենտրոնանալով այնպիսի հիմնական բաղադրիչների վրա, ինչպիսիք են պոլիկրիստալինը և վահանակները: Թեպետ այս տուրքերն ուղղված են Չինաստանի շուկայի գերակայությունը կրճատելուն, փորձագետները ենթադրում են, որ դրանց ազդեցությունը կարող է լինել սահմանափակ, քանի որ արևային էներգիայի ներմուծումն ԱՄՆ կազմում է ընդամենը 0.3 տոկոս չինական արտահանման ընդհանուր ծավալից:
ԱՄՆ առևտրական ներկայացուցիչը նպատակ ունի բարձրացնել չինական պոլիկրիստալին, վահանակներ և արևային մարտկոցների վոլֆրամային արտադրանքի համար տուրքերը մինչև 50 տոկոս՝ սկսած 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից: Սա կկատարվի վարչակազմի չորսամյա քննությունից հետո և համարվում է բավականին նշանակալի բարձրացում ներկա տուրքերի համեմատ:

Այս ավելի բարձր տուրքերը նպատակաուղղված են արևային վահանակների արտադրության համար օգտագործվող հիմնական նյութերին՝ ի պատասխան Չինաստանի կողմից արևային էներգետիկայի համաշխարհային շուկայի գրավման:

Դեսպան Քեթրին Թայը հայտարարել է, որ այս քայլը կօգնի «հակազդել Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության վնասակար քաղաքականությանը և գործելակերպին», ինչպես նաև խթանել վարչակազմի մաքուր էներգիայի նպատակների հասնելու համար:

Այնուամենայնիվ, որոշ ոլորտային փորձագետներ կարծում են, որ ազդեցությունը Չինաստանի վրա կարող է լինել սահմանափակ: Գրիշտիֆի համալսարանի հետազոտությունը նշում է, որ Չինաստանի արևային բաղադրիչների արտահանումը ԱՄՆ կազմել է ընդամենը 0.3 տոկոս նախորդ տարվա ընդհանուր արտահանման ծավալից, ուստի ուղիղ ազդեցությունը կարող է լինել նվազագույն:

Տուրքերի բարձրացումը համընկնում է ԱՄՆ-ի այլ քաղաքական միջոցների հետ, ինչպիսիք են ինֆլյացիայի նվազեցման մասին օրենքը (IRA), սակայն դեռ կան որոշ մտահոգություններ արևային նախագծերի արժեքի հնարավոր բարձրացման մասին: Ավելի բարձր մաքսային տուրքերը կարող են արևային վահանակները դարձնել ավելի թանկ, ինչը կարող է դանդաղեցնել վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների ներդրման տեմպերը:

Արևային էներգիայի արտադրողների ասոցիացիան ընդգծում է հայրենական արտադրության զարգացման կարևորությունը, հատկապես երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է այնպիսի բաղադրիչներին, ինչպիսիք են պոլիկրիստալինը և վահանակները:
