«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչությունը երեկ նիստ է գումարել, կուսակցությունից հեռացրել ավելի վաղ խմբակցությունից հեռացված պատգամավոր Հակոբ Ասլանյանին։ Վերջինս միակն էր, որ նախ հայտարարեց, թե աջակցում է Հովիկ Աղազարյանին, ապա մեղայականով հանդես եկավ։ Այդ մեղայականն էլ չօգնեց Ասլանյանին, և նրան հեռացրին իշխող ուժի շարքերից։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, թե՛ Աղազարյանը, թե՛ Ասլանյանը միայն հեռացումներով չեն պլստալու։ Աղազարյանի դեմ արդեն քրեական վարույթ կա, առաջիկայում գլխավոր դատախազը մտնելու է ԱԺ՝ նրան քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու միջնորդությամբ և կալանավորելու հստակ հանձնարարությամբ։ Դատախազությունում նաև նյութեր են պատրաստվում Աղազարյանի որդու դեմ։ Փաշինյանն այնքան կատաղած է, որ որոշել է Աղազարյանին պատժել ընտանյոք հանդերձ։

Քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում նաև Հակոբ Ասլանյանի մասով։ Նրան հստակ ասվել է, որ մանդատը վայր չդնելու դեպքում օր ծերության մի տևական շրջան կանցկացնի որևէ ՔԿՀ-ում։ Դա է պատճառը, որ եթե Հովիկ Աղազարյանը ոչ միայն դիմադրում է, այլև սպառնում նախկին կուսակիցներին բացահայտել իրենց մութ գործերը, ապա Հակոբ Ասլանյանը հրաժարվում է շփվել լրագրողների հետ, խնդրում է իրեն հանգիստ թողնել։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Ասլանյանը նաև փորձում է ազդեցիկ քպականների միջոցով հանդիպում կազմակերպել վարչապետի հետ, անձամբ ներողություն խնդրել, անվտանգության երաշխիքներ ստանալ։ Փաշինյանը, սակայն, չոր մերժել է, փոխանցել, որ Ասլանյանը միայն մանդատը վայր դնելու դեպքում չի պատժվի։
