ՀՀ-ում գործող վարչախմբի հակաժողովրդական քաղաքականությունը շարունակվում է՝ ընդգրկելով սոցիալական նորանոր խմբեր և ոլորտներ։ 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը փորձելու է էապես թանկացնել քաղաքային տրանսպորտի վարձավճարները, ինչն էլ վատթարացնելու է երևանցիների սոցիալական վիճակը՝ փոխարենը լցնելով իշխանավորների գրպանները։

Բացարձակ անհիմն, փորձաքննություն չանցած, թանկացման հակասոցիալական այս որոշումը բողոքի լայն ալիք է առաջ բերել մայրաքաղաքի բնակչության շրջանում։ Հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ իրենց մտահոգություններն են փոխանցել նաև«ՀայաՔվե» միավորմանը` խնդրելով միջամտել՝ կասեցնելու այս վիճահարույց որոշման կիրարկումը։
Առաջնորդվելով Երևանի հարյուր հազարավոր քաղաքացիների օրինական շահերով` հայտարարում ենք՝

• «ՀայաՔվե» միավորումը դեմ է մայրաքաղաքում հանրային տրանսպորտի ուղեվարձի կտրուկ թանկացմանը։ Մենք ելնում ենք այն պարզ իրողությունից, որ աշխարհի բազմաթիվ խոշոր քաղաքներում հանրային տրանսպորտը դոտացիոն է և մասամբ կամ ամբողջովին սուբսիդավորվում է պետության/համայնքի կողմից։ Մեր կատարած հետազոտությունները նաև ցույց են տալիս, որ նախատեսված թանկացումներից հետո Երևանում հանրային տրանսպորտի ուղեվճարները կինեն ամենաբարձրը տարածաշրջանում, ինչը որևէ կերպ հիմնավորված չէ բնակիչների փաստացի գնողունակությամբ։

• Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ Երևանի քաղաքային իշխանություններից պահանջում ենք առկախել այդ վիճելի որոշման կիրարկումը առնվազն մեկ տարով և պատվիրել մասնագիտական անկախ փորձաքննություն՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակը խորքային վերլուծելու և տնտեսապես ու սոցիալապես հիմնավորված լուծումներ առաջադրելու նպատակով։

• Այս վիճահարույց որոշման կիրարկման դեպքում օրենքով նախատեսված սահմաններում կգործադրենք բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները՝ այն չեղարկելու նպատակով։
