Բաքվի բռնապետը, արտաբերելով այն ձևակերպումը, որ Հայաստանը չպետք է գործի որպես աշխարհագրական պատնեշ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը փաստացի տարածքային պահանջ է ներկայացնում ուժի սպառնալիք գործադրելով։
 
Հայաստանը ֆաշիստական երկիր կոչելով և սպառնալով կամ ցուցում տալով ՀՀ գործող վարչախմբին «արմատախիլ անել ֆաշիզմը Հայաստանում»՝ Բաքվի բռնապետը փաստացի սպառնում է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանը։
 
Հայտարարելով, որ Բաքվին խաղաղություն պետք չէ (Երևանին խաղաղություն պետք չլինելու ենթադրությունից ելնելով), Բաքվի բռնապետը փաստացի սպառնում է ագրեսիա իրականացնել Հայաստանի հանդեպ։
 
Բաքվի բռնապետը այսպիսով ոտնահարում է միջազգային իրավունքի մի շարք սկզբունքներ, այդ թվում՝ ուժ և ուժի սպառնալիք չկիրառելու սկզբունքը, պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքը, պետությունների ներքին գործերին չմիջամտելու սկզբունքը։
