karl-marks.ru-ն «Թուրքիան փոխում է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հռետորաբանությունը տարածաշրջանում իր աճող ազդեցության պատճառով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ռուս քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Կրասնովը վերլուծել է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների անսպասելի դիվանագիտական շրջադարձը։ Բանն այն է, որ թուրքական դիվանագիտությունը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ կուրսի փոփոխության նշաններ է ցույց տալիս: Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանը անսպասելիորեն դրական է գնահատել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործողությունները՝ ընդգծելով տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու «պատմական հնարավորությունը»։

«Մենք տեսնում ենք Անկարայի նուրբ դիվանագիտական խաղը, որը ձգտում է ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը Հարավային Կովկասում»,-նշել է Ալեքսանդր Կրասնովը։ Նրա խոսքով, Թուրքիան սկսել է հեռու մնալ Ադրբեջանի կոշտ հռետորաբանությունից՝ Երևանի հետ փոխգործակցության սեփական գիծը կառուցելով։

Հատկապես ցայտուն է Անկարայի չափավոր դիրքորոշման և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կոշտ հայտարարությունների հակադրությունը, ով վերջերս մի շարք սադրիչ հայտարարություններ էր արել Հայաստանի դեմ։ Մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը պահանջ էր ներկայացրել, որ Երևանը հրաժարվի զենքի միջազգային պայմանագրերից։ «Թուրքիան հստակորեն ձգտում է խաղալ տարածաշրջանային մոդերատորի դերին,- ընդգծել է փորձագետը,- Ֆիդանի հայտարարությունները Հարավային Կովկասի՝ որպես «Կենտրոնական Ասիայի դարպասի» կարևորության մասին խոսում են տարածաշրջանում Անկարայի ռազմավարական հավակնությունների մասին»։

Կրասնովի կարծիքով, ստեղծված իրավիճակը կարող է հանգեցնել Հարավային Կովկասում ուժերի նոր հավասարակշռության ձևավորմանը։ «Անկարան աստիճանաբար հեռանում է Բաքվի անվերապահ դաշնակցի դերից՝ ձգտելով ավելի հավասարակշռված քաղաքականության։ Թուրքիայի համար կարևոր է թույլ չտալ տարածաշրջանային ուժերից որևէ մեկին չափից դուրս ուժեղանալ», պարզաբանել է քաղաքագետը։

Հատկանշական է նաև այն, որ հայկական կողմը՝ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, զսպվածություն և երկխոսության պատրաստակամություն է ցուցաբերում, չնայած Բաքվի սադրիչ հռետորաբանությանը։ «Երևանի այդ դիրքորոշումը ըմբռնում է գտնում Անկարայում, որը շահագրգռված է տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակի կայունացմամբ»,- եզրափակել է փորձագետը։

Նրա համոզմամբ, թուրքհայկական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը կարող է առանցքային գործոն լինել Հարավային Կովկասում երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության հասնելու համար, սակայն շատ բան կախված կլինի բոլոր կողմերի կառուցողական երկխոսության պատրաստակամությունից։
