«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

vestikavkaza.ru-ն իր «Հայաստանը բացահայտել է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերության նպատակը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը բացատրել է, թե ինչու է Երևանը ստորագրել Վաշինգտոնի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերության խարտիան։ Հայ դիվանագետի խոսքով, նման քայլն անհրաժեշտ էր աշխարհաքաղաքական բարդ իրավիճակում կողմնորոշվելու համար։ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ Ռազմավարական գործընկերության խարտիայի ստորագրումը կօգնի Հայաստանին «նավարկելու» ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակում, սոցցանցի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ «Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունները հասել են հասունության այնպիսի մակարդակի, որ դրանց բարձրացումը ռազմավարական գործընկերության մակարդակին ոչ միայն տեղին է, այլ նաև անհրաժեշտ՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական բարդ իրավիճակում կողմնորոշվելու համար», -ավելացրել է դիվանագետը:

Բացի այդ, Միրզոյանը ցանկություն է հայտնել, որ հայ-ամերիկյան խարտիան, որը ստորագրվել է պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենի հետ, ծառայի որպես Երևանի և Վաշինգտոնի միջև հարաբերությունների խորացման վկայություն, ինչպես նաև դառնա ընդհանուր ձեռքբերումներով լի ապագայի ճանապարհային քարտեզ։

vestikavkaza.ru-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ՌԴ Էթնիկ և միջազգային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի գիտական ղեկավար Անտոն Բրեդիխինը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ Երևանն ընդհանրապես չի գիտակցում, թե որքան ռիսկային և նույնիսկ կործանարար քայլ է Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը: «Կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների որոշումները հիմնված են աբսուրդային տրամաբանության վրա, նրանք իսպառ չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ է պետք անել Հայաստանի պետականությունը պահպանելու համար։ Հայաստանը դե ֆակտո գնում է դեպի Ռուսաստանի հետ բոլոր հարաբերությունները խզելու և Ռուսաստանի դաշնակից լինելուց անցում է կատարում անբարյացակամ պետությունների շարքը»,-ասել է նա։

«Դատելով Միրզոյանի հայտարարությունից՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կարծում են, որ խզվելով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից՝ Հայաստանը կկարողանա գոյատևել վերափոխված աշխարհի նոր պայմաններում, որոնք էլ ավելի են կյանքի կոչվելու Թրամփի երդմնակալությունից հետո։ Բայց նրանք առնվազն բաց են թողնում այն կետը, որ ընդամենը մի քանի օրից պետք է աշխատեն ոչ թե Բայդենի վարչակազմի, այլ Թրամփի վարչակազմի հետ»,– նշել է Անտոն Բրեդիխինը։

«Մինչդեռ Դոնալդ Թրամփը, ինչպես հասկանում ենք, առանձնապես հետաքրքրված չէ Հարավային Կովկասով, նրա համար շատ ավելի ակտուալ են այլ ոլորտները, առաջին հերթին՝ ԱՄՆի անմիջական մերձակայքում։ Ուստի, այս դեպքում Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կատարել են բացարձակ հիմարություն ու ևս մեկ սխալ՝ փորձելով աշխատել պոպուլիզմի վրա, վիճել Ռուսաստանի հետ և ինչ-որ կերպ օգտագործել դա Արևմուտքի հետ դիվանագիտական խոշոր սակարկության համար»,-պարզաբանել է տարածաշրջանային փորձագետը։

«Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, հավանաբար, կսկսեն խոսել ԱՄՆ–ի զորքեր մտցնելու և Հայաստանում ամերիկյան ռազմաբազա բացելու մասին, բնականաբար, նրանք կպահանջեն զենք մատակարարել իրենց բանակին և կընդգծեն, որ ամերիկացիները պետք է ուժեղացնեն իրենց քաղաքականությունը Հարավային Կովկասում՝ ճնշում գործադրելով Հայաստանի հարևանների վրա»,-եզրափակել է Անտոն Բրեդիխինը։
