ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն իր խորհրդականներին հայտնել է, որ, որպես գլխավոր հրամանատար երդում տալուց հետո, ցանկանում է այցելել Չինաստան՝ Չինաստանի նախագահ Սի Ծինփինի հետ իր լարված հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու համար, գրում է The Wall Street Journal-ը։

ԱՄՆ ապագա 47-րդ նախագահը, որը երդվելու է երկուշաբթի օրը, ցանկություն է հայտնել մեկնել Չինաստան իր պաշտոնավարման առաջին 100 օրվա ընթացքում, գրում է թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով քննարկումներին ծանոթ մարդկանց:

Թրամփն ու Սի Ծինփինը իրենց ներկայացուցիչների միջոցով քննարկել են դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպումը, և տարբերակներից մեկը Չինաստանի նախագահին այցով Միացյալ Նահանգներ հրավիրելն է, ասում են աղբյուրները:

Թրամփը երկուշաբթի օրը Չինաստանի նախագահին հրավիրել է իր երդմնակալության արարողությանը, սակայն Սի Ծինփինը չի մասնակցելու, պարբերականին հայտնել է խնդրին ծանոթ աղբյուրը։

ԱՄՆ-ում Չինաստանի դեսպանը կնոջ հետ մտադիր է, ավանդույթի համաձայն, ներկա գտնվել արարողությանը բազմաթիվ երկրների դիվանագիտական ​​պատվիրակությունների հետ։ Հանդիպմանը ներկա կլինի նաև Չինաստանի փոխնախագահ Հան Չժենը:

Դեկտեմբերին նա խոստացել էր իր պաշտոնավարման առաջին օրը հրամանագիր ստորագրել Չինաստանից, Մեքսիկայից և Կանադայից ԱՄՆ  բոլոր ներմուծումների վրա 25 տոկոս մաքսատուրք  սահմանելու մասին, ինչպես նաև հավելյալ 10 տոկոս մաքսատուրք Չինաստանի համար «ֆենտանիլի անօրինական ներմուծումը կասեցնել չկարողանալու համար»:
