Բանակի կազմավորման 33-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն այց է իրականացրել Պաշտպանության նախարարության 2-րդ բանակային զորամիավորման ենթակա զորամասեր և մարտական դիրքեր:

Պաշտպանն ու զորամիավորման հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Գարեգին Պողոսյանը քննարկել են զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքներին վերաբերելի տարաբնույթ հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ զինծառայողների առողջական վիճակի, զինծառայողների սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմանների, զորքերում կարգապահության, սպա-հոգեբանի ինստիտուտի, ինչպես նաև զինված ուժերում կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն այցելել է նաև մոդուլային տիպի զորամասերից մեկը, զորամիավորման հրամանատարի, բարձրաստիճան սպայական անձնակազմի և ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչների ուղեկցությամբ շրջել և տեղում ծանոթացել զինծառայողների կեցության պայմաններին, տրամադրվող բուժսպասարկման և սննդի որակին:

Մարտական դիրքերում Պաշտպանն ու աշխատակազմը ծանոթացել  են մարտական հերթապահության կրման պայմաններին, զրուցել զինծառայողների հետ:

Պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ շեշտել է, որ զինծառայողների ու նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապված հարցերն իր աշխատանքի կարևոր ուղղություններից են։

Ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները պարբերաբար ամփոփվում են Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում և ըստ իրավասու գերատեսչությունների` ներկայացվում խնդիրների լուծման առաջարկներ։

Անահիտ Մանասյանը գնահատում է Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, որի շրջանակում լուծվում են զինծառայողների կողմից բարձրացված` մարդու իրավուքներին վերաբերելի մի շարք հարցեր։
