ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ վերջին հայտարարությունները կրկնում են թուրքական ժխտողական խոսույթը. այս մասին ասվում է Լեմկինի անվան ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման ինստիտուտի հայտարարության մեջ:

«Նրա անիմաստ հայտարարություններն անտեսում են, ի թիվս այլոց, թուրք, գերմանացի, բրիտանացի, ամերիկացի և հայ գիտնականների՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ տասնամյակների պատմական հետազոտությունները, խոչընդոտում Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի արդարության համար շարունակվող պայքարին և ստեղծում վտանգավոր աշխարհաքաղաքական դինամիկա, հատկապես Ադրբեջանի կողմից արցախահայերի նկատմամբ ցեղասպանության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը սպառնացող շարունակական սպառնալիքների համատեքստում...

Այս վերջին հայտարարության մեջ մեզ հատկապես ապշեցրել են վարչապետի՝ ևս մեկ անգամ անուղղակիորեն Ցեղասպանությունն արդարացնելու (մասնավորապես՝ «ինչո՞ւ դա տեղի ունեցավ» հարցը տալով) և հայերին իրենց միջսերնդային հիշողությունը, կյանքի փորձը, պատմական ուսումնասիրությունները և թեմայի նկատմամբ զգայունությունը կասկածի տակ դնելու փորձերը («Ի՞նչ է տեղի ունեցել, ինչպե՞ս ենք մենք դա ընկալել և ո՞ւմ միջոցով ենք դա ընկալել» հարցը տալով)...

Կասկածի տակ դնելով Ցեղասպանության համար Թուրքիայի պատասխանատվությունը, ինչպես նաև Ցեղասպանության կարգավիճակն ու կարևորությունը՝ Փաշինյանը ևս մեկ անգամ աջակցում է թուրքական և ադրբեջանական ժխտողական խոսույթներին։ Սա վտանգավոր խաղ է, քանի որ սպառնում է Հայաստանի հարևաններին խրախուսել ընդդեմ Հայաստանի գործողությունների... Սա կարող է օգնել հող նախապատրաստել Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայերի դեմ հետագա ցեղասպանության համար՝ ջնջելով անցյալի վայրագությունների համար պատասխանատվությունը...

Հուսով ենք, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետը կպարզաբանի Ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ իր հայտարարությունները և կաշխատի կանխելու իր և Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ժխտողների հայտարարությունների միջև որևէ նմանություն ապագայում», - ասված է հայտարարությունում: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 24-ին Ցյուրիխում Շվեյցարիայի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը Փաշինյանն ի պատասխան Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին հարցին, ասել էր.«Պետք է հասկանանք՝ ինչ է տեղի ունեցել և ինչու է տեղի ունեցել։ Եվ ինչպե՞ս ենք մենք դա ընկալել, ո՞ւմ միջոցով ենք ընկալել։ Ո՞նց է, որ 1939 թվին Հայոց ցեղասպանության օրակարգ չի եղել, և ո՞նց է, որ 1950 թվին Հայոց ցեղասպանության օրակարգ հայտնվել է։ Ո՞նց է եղել, պետք է հասկանանք»։
