«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվել այն անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք ներգրավված են Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի կողմից ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիների կամ դաշնակիցների դեմ հետաքննությանը:

Հաագայի դատարանը, ըստ Թրամփի վարչակազմի, կատարել է «անօրինական և չարդարացված գործողություններ՝ ուղղված Ամերիկայի և նրա մերձավոր դաշնակից Իսրայելի դեմ»։ Ինչպես ասվում է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի հաղորդագրության մեջ, պատժամիջոցների ցանկում հայտնվածները կարող են բախվել ունեցվածքի և ակտիվների սառեցման և չկարողանան մուտք գործել Միացյալ Նահանգներ։ ԱՄՆ մուտքի սահմանափակումները կազդեն նաև ընտանիքի անմիջական անդամների վրա:

Այս թեմային անդրադարձել է «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Հայաստանը դարձել է Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի (ՄՔԴ) հիմնարար պայմանագրի` Հռոմի ստատուտի 124-րդ ստորագրող երկիրը։ Հռոմի կանոնադրությունը Հայաստանի համար ուժի մեջ է մտել փետրվարի 1-ից. խորհրդարանն այն վավերացրել է 2023-ի հոկտեմբերի 3-ին։

«Ընդունելով Հռոմի ստատուտն ու պարտավորվելով կատարել ՄՔԴ-ի որոշումները՝ ՀՀ-ն վատթարացրել է հարաբերությունները ՌԴ-ի հետ, քանի որ առկա է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ձերբակալման օրդերը, ինչպես նաև Իսրայելի հետ, քանի որ ՄՔԴն Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենյամին Նեթանյահուի ձերբակալման օրդերի մասին որոշում է կայացրել»,-գրում են ալիքի հեղինակները և հավելում, որ ՀՀ-ն Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացրել է՝ Ադրբեջանին Արցախի դեմ ագրեսիայի համար պատասխանատվության կանչելու համար, սակայն Ադրբեջանը չի ընդունել Հռոմի ստատուտն, ու ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները կրկին անգամ սխալ արտաքին քաղաքական որոշում են կայացրել։ Ընդունելով Հռոմի ստատուտը՝ Փաշինյանն ու թիմն այդպես էլ չստացան Իլհամ Ալիևին ու Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը պատասխանատվության կանչելու գործիքակազմեր։

«Հանրապետության հրապարակ» ալիքը գտնում է, որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններն Արևմուտքի կողմն ուղղված քայլ են արել՝ ընդունելով Հռոմի ստատուտը, որը, սակայն, այսօր ոչ մի աշխարհաքաղաքական դիվիդենդ չի տալիս Երևանին, քանի որ Թրամփի վարչակազմն ունի բացասական դիրքորոշում ՄՔԴ-ի հարցում։

«Դեֆակտո վատթարացնելով կապերը ռազմավարական դաշնակից ՌԴ-ի հետ՝ ՀՀ-ի գործող իշխանությունները, ընդունելով Հռոմի ստատուտը, այդպես էլ ոչինչ չստացան։ Նրանք չեն կարողանալու Ադրբեջանին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել Արցախի դեմ ռազմական ագրեսիայի և էթնիկ զտումների համար։ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն հերթական անգամ դիլետանտ արտաքին քաղաքական որոշում են կայացրել, որի արդյունքում ՀՀ-ի դիրքերն են թուլանում, իսկ Ադրբեջանը մնաց անպատիժ Արցախի ու նրա ժողովրդի դեմ կատարած հանցագործությունների համար։ Այսպիսով, ՀՀ-ն, Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացնելով, պարտավորություններ է ստանձնել՝ չստանալով դրանից ոչ մի պրակտիկ օգուտ՝ Ադրբեջանին զսպելու, պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու առումով։ Բաքվում շարունակվում են Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության դեմ դատավարություններն, ու միջազգային կազմակերպությունները և ինստիտուտները ոչինչ չեն անում այդ ֆարսը կանգնեցնելու համար»,-նշում են հոդվածագիրներն ու ամփոփում, որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների արևմտամետությունը աշխարհաքաղաքական առումով միայն մեկուսացնում է ՀՀ-ն ռազմավարական դաշնակից ՌԴ-ից ու բարեկամ Իրանից։ Արևմուտքը ցանկանում է ՀՀ-ից կերտել հակառուսական և հակաիրանական պլացդարմ՝ դրա դիմաց ՀՀ-ին չտալով ոչինչ։ Ադրբեջանի նոր հարձակման պարագայում նույն Արևմուտքը սահմանափակվելու է չեզոք հայտարարություններով։
