Երեկ խորհրդարանում մոտ երկու ժամանոց հանդիպում է կայացել, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության, նախարարների, այլ պաշտոնյաների հետ։ Հանդիպումից հետո մասնակիցները չափազանց դժկամությամբ են պատասխանել լրագրողների հարցերին, անտրամադիր ռեպլիկներ են նետել, թե հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկել են իրական Հայաստանի գաղափարախոսությունը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին ուղերձի կետերը։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, հանդիպումն անցել է տաղտկալի, միջադեպեր չեն գրանցվել, փոխարենը ՔՊ-ականները հասկացել են, որ իրենց «վոժդը» այլևս կուսակիցներին չի վստահում։ Քննարկվել է նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման գործընթացը։ Հանդիպումից հետո ճեպազրույցում Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե այս պահին տարածաշրջանում էսկալացիայի վտանգ չի տեսնում, որևէ հիմք դրա համար չկան։ Ընդգծել է, թե խաղաղության պայմանագրի երկու չհամաձայնեցված կետերը դեռ մնում են։ Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ կողմերը դեռևս չէին համաձայնեցրել միմյանց նկատմամբ միջազգային հայցերը հետ կանչելու և սահմանին երրորդ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ չտեղակայելու կետերը։

Օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահը 17-կետանոց խաղաղության պայմանագրի չհամաձայնեցված միանգամայն այլ երկու դրույթ էր նշել, թե դրանցից մեկը վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությանը, մյուսը՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին»։ Երևանից հերքել էին, որ դրանք պայմանագրի նախագծի չհամաձայնեցված կետերն են: Փաշինյանը կրկնել է հերքումը, ապա նշել, որ Ադրբեջանին առաջարկ են արել երկաթուղային փոխադրումների, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև երկաթուղային տրանսպորտը վերականգնելու մասին, բայց Բաքուն չի շտապում արձագանքել։
