Белый дом: США и Россия договорились в Эр-Рияде обеспечить безопасное судоходство в Черном море

Белый дом выступил с заявлением по итогам переговоров делегаций США и России в столице Саудовской Аравии Эр-Риде, подчеркнув, что стороны договорились обеспечить безопасное судоходство в Черном море.

«В соответствии с обсуждениями на уровне президентов между президентом Дональдом Трампом и президентом Владимиром Путиным, Соединенные Штаты содействовали проведению двусторонних переговоров на техническом уровне с российской делегацией 23-25 марта в Эр-Рияде, Саудовская Аравия.

После этих обсуждений: Соединенные Штаты и Россия договорились обеспечить безопасное судоходство, исключить применение силы и предотвратить использование коммерческих судов в военных целях в Черном море.

Соединенные Штаты помогут восстановить доступ России к мировому рынку для экспорта сельскохозяйственной продукции и удобрений, снизить расходы на морское страхование и расширить доступ к портам и платежным системам для таких транзакций. Соединенные Штаты и Россия договорились разработать меры по реализации соглашения президентов Трампа и Путина о запрете ударов по энергетическим объектам России и Украины.

Соединенные Штаты и Россия приветствуют добрые услуги третьих стран, направленные на поддержку реализации энергетического и морского соглашений. Соединенные Штаты и Россия продолжат работать над достижением прочного мира.

Соединенные Штаты подтвердили настоятельную просьбу президента Дональда Трампа о прекращении убийств с обеих сторон российско-украинского конфликта, что является необходимым шагом на пути к достижению прочного мирного урегулирования. С этой целью Соединенные Штаты будут продолжать содействовать переговорам между обеими сторонами для достижения мирного урегулирования в соответствии с соглашениями, достигнутыми в Эр-Рияде.

Соединенные Штаты выражают благодарность наследному принцу Мохаммеду бен Салману за его руководство и гостеприимство, которые в очередной раз способствовали проведению этих важных дискуссий в Королевстве Саудовская Аравия», - говорится в заявлении Белого дома.
