Դեկտեմբերի 10-ին խորհրդարանական երեք ուժերը՝ ՀԱԿ-ը, ԲՀԿ-ն եւ «Ժառանգությունը», Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության օրվա առթիվ անցկացրեցին հանրահավաք-երթ: Հարկ է նկատել, որ վերոնշյալ քաղաքական ուժերից երկուսի՝ ՀԱԿ-ի ու ԲՀԿ-ի առաջնորդները, ինչպես նախորոք հայտնել էին, չէին ներկայացել: Թե ինչպե՞ս կարելի է հանրահավաք կազմակերպել եւ հանդես չգալ սեփական կուսակցության առաջին դեմքով, եւ արդյո՞ք նման պահվածքը վառ ապացույց է այն բանի, որ իրականում ԲՀԿ-ն եւ ՀԱԿ-ը պայքարում են իշխանության հետ իշխանության համար կարգախոսով, այս եւ քաղաքական այլ հարցերի շուրջ, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց «Քրիստոնեա-ժողովրդական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության նախագահ Սոս Գիմիշյանի հետ.
-Ես նորմալ չեմ համարում, որ այդ երկու քաղաքական ուժերի առաջնորդները ներկա չեն գտնվել հանրահավաք-երթին: Չեմ կարող պատկերացնել կամ հասկանալ, թե ինչպե՞ս կարելի է հանրահավաք կազմակերպել, բայց դրան ներկա չգտնվել: Այդ դեպքում հանրահավաքի նպատակը ո՞րն է: Ինձ թվում է նրանք իրար հետ լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեն:
-Խնդիրներ միմյա՞նց, թե՞ իշխնությունների հետ: Արդյո՞ք գործարարը բացեիբաց եւ շատ ցցուն կերպով կարող է պայքարել իշխանությունների դեմ:
-Ո՛չ, իհարկե՝ ոչ: Չի կարող գործարար-օլիգարխը լինել ընդդիմություն, դա ինձ համար ընդդիմություն չէ: Պարոն Ծառուկյանը միշտ էլ անկեղծորեն ասել է, որ իրենք ոչ թե ընդդիմություն են, այլ՝ այլընտրանք, իսկ եթե մարդն ընդդիմադիր չէ, ուրեմն իշխանության մաս է եւ իշխանության հետ է համագործակցում եւ այս պարագայում այլընտրանքն իշխանության թեւերից մեկն է: Որակապես ոչ մի բան չի փոխվելու:
-Պարոն Ծառուկյանն օլիգա՞րխ է, թե՞ գործարար:
-Նախ պետք է այդ բառերի տարբերությունը հասկանալ: Օլիգարխը նա է, ով բիզնեսով է զբաղվում եւ այն ունի պետության հովանավորչությունը: Օլիգարխը ոչ օրինական եւ ոչ հստակ ճանապարհներով է իր բիզնեսը կազմակերպում: Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր աշխատում են օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, նրանք ընդամենը տնտեսվարող սյուբեկտ են կոչվում, գործարար են կոչվում: Նկատենք, որ օլիգարխը չի կարող ընդդիմություն լինել:
-Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, ինչու է Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը քաղաքական իր ապագան տեսնում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ: Արդյո՞ք նրան թակարդն են գցել:
-Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը կանխամտածված է գնացել այդ քայլերին, նրան անհնար է թակարդը գցել: Նա հստակ ճանապարհ է տեսել, հստակ մոտեցումներ է ունեցել եւ իր հույսը կապել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ մտածելով, որ քաղաքական հաջողությունների կհասնի, դա իր գործն է: Նա կանխամտածված, հաշված ու չափված ձեւով է գնացել այդ քայլին, այլ բան է, թե որքանով է այդ քայլը ճիշտ:
