Մինչ հայաստանյան ողջ քաղաքական դաշտը զբաղված է Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի հարցերով, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են դեպի Եվրոպա Հայաստանը տանելու իրենց արկածախնդիր գործունեությունը, որի շրջանակներում այսօր Հայաստանի նախագահը ստորագրել է Ազգային Ժողովի կողմից հաստատված «դեպի Եվրոպա գնալու» օրենքը։

Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, ամենակարևոր գործնական քայլերից մեկն այն է, որ մենք պարտավոր ենք գիտակցել. երբ երկիրը գտնվում է մի իրավիճակում, որտեղ անվտանգության համակարգը քանդված է և ռեալ նոր պատերազմի շեմին է կանգնած, ավելին՝ ցավոք սրտի, մենք ունեցել ենք նաև ռազմական պարտություն, մի կողմ պետք է թողնենք բոլոր քաղաքական հարցերը և զբաղվենք միայն երկրի անվտանգության ճարտարապետության կառուցմամբ։ Թե ով կլինի Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ, հարկերը կբարձրանա՞ն, թե՞ ոչ, ինչպիսի փոփոխություններ կլինեն երկրի ներսում՝ դրանք բոլորը կարևոր են, բայց երկրորդական խնդիրներ են, երբ երկիրն ունի անվտանգության խնդիր։ Եվ պետք է հստակ գիտակցել, որ անվտանգության խնդիրը չլուծած՝ այլ խնդիրներով զբաղվելը ուղղակի վտանգում է մեր ժողովրդի, մեր երեխաների, մեր ծնողների, մեր պետության ապագան։

Իհարկե, լավ կլիներ, որ այս պարզ, բայց մեր օրերում բարդ թվացող քաղաքական խնդիրը գիտակցեին մեր քաղաքական ուժերը, կուսակցությունները, գործիչները և նրանք առաջնորդվեին հետևյալ սկզբունքով. մի կողմ թողնելով բոլոր խնդիրները՝ զբաղվեին միայն Հայաստանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետության կառուցմամբ, ավելին՝ այս օրակարգը պարտադրելով նաև հասարակ ժողովրդին՝ մեր քաղաքացիներին։ Բայց քանի որ մեր քաղաքական, այսպես կոչված, էլիտաները զբաղված են ամեն ինչով, բայց ոչ երկրի անվտանգության խնդիրների լուծմամբ, մենք՝ որպես ժողովուրդ, ինքներս պետք է գիտակցենք անվտանգության կարևորությունը և մեր քաղաքական դաշտին պարտադրենք, որպեսզի նրանք ամեն ինչ մի կողմ թողնեն ու զբաղվեն երկրի անվտանգության ճարտարապետության կառուցմամբ։

Եվ այսպես, 3-րդ ամենակարևորագույն գործնական քայլերից մեկն այն է, որ մենք պարտավոր ենք՝ որպես ժողովուրդ, գիտակցել, որ երբ պետությունն ունի անվտանգության խնդիր, երբ պետությունը կանգնած է աղետալի և մեծ պատերազմի առջև, բոլոր հարցերը պետք է դրվեն մի կողմ և զբաղվեն բացառապես երկրի անվտանգության խնդիրների լուծմամբ։

Եվ ինչու՞ եմ այս գրառումը սկսել «դեպի Եվրոպա» իշխանությունների կողմից վարվող քաղաքականության քննադատությամբ։ Քանզի Հայաստանը Եվրոպա տանելու ճանապարհը տանում է ուղիղ դեպի պատերազմ և Հայոց պետականության կորստի։ Եվ ինչպես նշել եմ իմ առաջին երկու կարևոր գործնական քայլերում, հայ ժողովուրդը, ինքը՝ իր երկրի անվտանգության խնդիրը լուծելու ճանապարհին, պետք է տեր կանգնի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, քանզի դա իր պետության, երեխաների, ծնողների անվտանգության խնդիրն է։ Եվ թույլ չտա, որ ոչ ներսից, ոչ դրսից, ինչ-որ արկածախնդիրներ՝ փչացնելով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները ու ժողովրդին խաբելով, թե իբր գնում ենք Արևմուտք, գնում ենք Եվրոպա, և լավ կլինի, մեր պետությունը տանեն դեպի կործանման, մեր երեխաներին ու ծնողներին կանգնեցնեն նոր արհավիրքի, նոր արյունալի պատերազմի, նույնիսկ ավելին՝ ուզում եմ հատուկ շեշտել՝ կործանարար պատերազմի առջև։
Ժամանակն է սթափվելու և գիտակցելու, որ մենք՝ որպես Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ, պետք է տեր կանգնենք մեր պետականությանը, և դա մեր փոխարեն ոչ ոք չի անելու։
