Օրերս ներքին խողովակներով խոսակցություն է եղել հայ և թուրք պաշտոնյաների միջև, Թուրքիայի ներկայացուցիչը ուղիղ տեքստով հասկացրել է, որ դրական են գնահատում, երբ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման քաղաքականությունից, Արարատ սարից, այլ խորհրդանիշներից՝ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու համար։ Սերդար Քըլըչը հայկական կողմի բանագնաց Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանին ասել է, թե այդ ամենը կարող են լոկ խոսքեր ընկալվել, եթե առաջիկա ապրիլի 24-ին ՀՀ իշխանություններն իրենց վարքագծով չապացուցեն, որ հավատարիմ են կարգավորման գործընթացին։

Մասնավորապես, ուշադիր հետևելու են՝ արդյոք Փաշինյանը գնալո՞ւ է ստանդարտ ճանապարհով՝ հերթապահ ինչ-որ ուղերձ հղելով, օգտագործելո՞ւ են «Ցեղասպանություն» բառը, թե՞ ոչ, ամենակարևորը՝ այցելելո՞ւ են Հայոց ցեղասպանության հուշահամալիր։ Առավել ևս, որ այս տարի լրանում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 110-րդ տարելիցը, և ավանդաբար ՀՀ իշխանությունները կլոր տարելիցները բավական հանդիսավորությամբ են նշում։ Անգամ խորհրդային տարիներին, ՀԽՍՀ իշխանությունները պատշաճ հանդիսավորություն են հաղորդել միջոցառումներին։ Թերևս, առաջին դեպքը կարող է լինել, որ ոչ միայն չհիշատակեն 110-րդ տարելիցը, այլև որևէ միջոցառում չիրականացնեն։

Թուրքական կողմը նշել է, թե ՀՀ իշխանությունների վարքն իրենց համար ինդիկատոր է դիտվելու թե՛ տեքստի, թե՛ իրադարձությունների առումով։ Այժմ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը փակուղու մեջ են, գիտակցում են, որ իրենց համար գծված շրջանակներից դուրս գալու դեպքում կորցնելու են վստահությունը թուրքական իշխանությունների մոտ։ Պաշտոնական մակարդակով հուշահամալիր այցելելը խնդիրներ է հարուցելու, չի բացառվում, որ նույնիսկ ինչ-որ բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպեն, իբր Փաշինյանին ու իր թիմին թույլ չեն տվել Ծիծեռնակաբերդ այցելել, որպեսզի Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի առջև «սևերես» չլինեն։
