Դուբայի ամենահայտնի հատվածներից մեկում՝ Շեյխ Զայեդ ճանապարհի մոտ, կկառուցվի նոր հսկա շինություն՝ Trump Tower, որը բնակիչներին խոստանում է տպավորիչ տեսարաններ դեպի «Բուրջ Խալիֆա»՝ աշխարհի ամենաբարձր երկնաքերը (828 մետր)։ Trump Tower աշտարակը կունենա 350 մետր բարձրություն, հայտնում է Luxury Launches-ը:

80-հարկանի շենքը հագեցած է լինելու տարատեսակ ճոխ պահանջները բավարարելու հարմարություններով՝ սկսած գերշքեղ հյուրանոցային համարներից մինչև մշտական բնակության հարմար պենտհաուսներ։ Առանձնացվում են նաև չորս ննջասենյակով պենտհաուսները, որոնց գինը սկսելու է մոտ 20 միլիոն դոլարից։

Նախագիծը սահմանում է շքեղության նոր չափանիշներ: Trump International Hotel and Tower-ի շինարարության ավարտը նախատեսվում է 2031 թվականին, իսկ ներդրումներն արդեն գնահատվում են մոտ $1 միլիարդ։

Բացի այդ, այս նախագծով Դուբայը ևս մի համաշխարհային ռեկորդ կգրանցի: Նախագծվող Trump Tower Dubai երկնաքերի առաջին 18 հարկերը հատկացվելու են հյուրանոցին, մյուս երկու հարկը՝ միայն փակ ակումբի անդամներին, իսկ մնացած հարկերում կտեղակայվեն հսկայական պենտհաուսները։

Աշտարակի բնակիչների համար կառուցվելու է աշխարհի ամենաբարձր լողավազանը։
