«Սրբազան շարժման» առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը դատապարտել է օրերս Նոր Նորքի թաղապետարանում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը, երբ թաղապետը՝ իր աշխատակիցների և կուսակիցների հետ, դաժան ծեծի էր ենթարկել ակտիվիստ Արթուր Չախոյանին, որից հետո նաև քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել ակտիվիստի դեմ։ Ըստ Բագրատ Սրբազանի, Նոր Նորքի թաղապետարանում տեղի ունեցածը հերթական անգամ ի ցույց է դնում գործող իշխանության իրական դեմքը «Ոհմակով մարդ ծեծելը ո՛չ աստվածային, ո՛չ բնական և ո՛չ էլ նույնիսկ փողոցային կանոնով ընդունելի չէ»,- նշում է Սրբազանն ու հավելում. «Ոհմակով հարձակվել են մարդու վրա, որը զուտ ցույց է տվել խախտումները, առերևույթ չարաշահումները, որոնք հանրային միջոցների մսխման և որոշ մարդկանց գրպանները լցնելու միջոց են։ Սա այսօրվա իշխանության դեմքն է»։

Հիշեցնենք Չախոյանը, և Երևանի ավագանու «Մայր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Մեսրոպ Մանուկյանը բարձրաձայնել էին կոռուպցիայի պետական միջոցների ակնհայտ մսխման մասին։ Հենց այդ փաստերից խուսափելու համար էլ Նոր Նորքի թաղապետը կազմակերպել և իրականացրել էր հայհոյանքով ուղեկցվող ծեծը։

Ի դեպ, վերջինս այսօր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ներողություն է խնդրել թե՛ հանրությունից և թե՛ Երևանի քաղաքապետից, բայց այդ ներողությունը կարող էր արժանահավատ թվալ, եթե իրեն նման կերպ պահած պաշտոնյան նաև տղամարդկություն ունենար հրաժարվելու իր պաշտոնից։ Թե՛ Տիգրան Տեր Մարգարյանը և թե՛ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունն արդեն իսկ հայտարարել են, որ նա որևէ կերպ հրաժարական չի ներկայացնելու, իսկ կատարվածին աշխարհաքաղաքական ֆանտաստիկ երանգներ էին տվել, ուստի և Բագրատ Գալստանյանի արձանագրումը գործող իշխանությունների որակի կամ դրա իսպառ բացակայության մասին լիովին արդարացված է։
