Ի՞նչ են հուշում համաշխարհային տնտեսության ցուցանիշները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Աշխարհի թիվ 1 տնտեսությունն ունեցող ԱՄՆ-ում 2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում տնտեսական անկում է գրանցվել 0,3 տոկոսի չափով՝ իջնելով 2024 թվականի վերջին երեք ամիսներին գրանցված 2,4 % աճից։ Սա ԱՄՆ-ի տնտեսության ամենավատ եռամսյակային ցուցանիշն է 2022 թվականի սկզբից ի վեր, երբ տնտեսությունը վերականգնվում էր COVID-ի համաճարակի ժամանակ ստեղծված իրավիճակից հետո: Եվրամիությունում ևս լճացած տնտեսական իրավիճակ է։

Եվրագոտում գտնվող տնտեսությունների աճն էլ 2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում կազմել է ընդամենը 0,4 տոկոս։ Եվրոպայում առաջատար գերմանական տնտեսության մեջ առաջին երեք ամիսներին ընդամենը 0,2 տոկոս աճ է գրանցվել։ Ուկրաինական պատերազմից հետո հրաժարվելով ռուսական էժան էներգակիրներից՝ Գերմանիան տնտեսական մրցունակության կորուստ է ունեցել, ու դրան էլ գումարվում է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առևտրային լարվածության անորոշ հեռանկարը։ Ակնկալվում է, որ Գերմանիան այս տարին կփակի ընդամենը 0,1 տոկոս տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշով։ Նույնպիսի լճացած իրավիճակ է նաև Ֆրանսիայի տնտեսության մեջ, որը այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում ընդամենը 0,1 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ է արձանագրել։

Իրավիճակը բարդ է նաև ԵՄ-ի ծայրամասային ու հարող տնտեսություններում։ Համաշխարհային բանկի ու Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի կանխատեսումներով, 2025 թվականին դեպի Արևմուտք ձգտող Մոլդովայի տնտեսական աճը չի գերազանցի նույնիսկ 1 տոկոսը։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է մերձբալթյան երկրներին, ապա Եվրահանձնաժողովի կանխատեսումներով, այս երկրների աճը կկազմի 1 տոկոսից փոքր-ինչ ավելի։ Միայն Լիտվայի համար է, որ ավելի բարձր ցուցանիշ է կանխատեսվում՝ 2,6-3 տոկոս տնտեսական աճի սահմաններում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսական գոտուն, ապա իրավիճակը ավելի բարվոք է։ Չնայած պատերազմին ու Արևմուտքի կողմից սահմանված պատժամիջոցներին՝ ռուսական տնտեսությունն աննախադեպ դիմադրողականություն է ցուցաբերում։ 2024 թվականին Ռուսաստանը տարին փակեց բավական բարձր՝ 3,8 տոկոս տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշով։ Իսկ այս տարի արդեն աճի տեմպերի որոշակի նվազում է նկատվում, բայց դրական բալանսը դեռ զգալի է։ Հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին աճի ցուցանիշը հասել է 1,9 տոկոսի։ Կանխատեսվում է, որ ռուսական տնտեսությունը այս տարին կփակի 1,6 տոկոս տնտեսական աճով։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, ապա տնտեսական աճի նվազումն ակնհայտ է՝ համեմատած անցյալ տարվա ցուցանիշների հետ։ Բայց գրանցվող արդյունքները, ի տարբերություն եվրոպական երկրների տնտեսություններում առկա իրավիճակի, դեռևս խոստումնալից են՝ առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով կազմելով 4,1 տոկոս։ Ու զարմանալի է, որ այս իրավիճակում Հայաստանում խոսակցություններ են ծավալվում մեր երկրի՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու և ԵՄ անդամակցության հեռանկարի մասին այն դեպքում, երբ եվրոպական տնտեսություններում խոր լճացում է։

Ուշագրավ է, որ տնտեսական աճի մասով մեր տարածաշրջանում չեմպիոնը Վրաստանն է, որը 2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում կարողացել է ապահովել 9 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ։ Նկատենք, որ անցյալ տարի էլ վրացական տնտեսությունը տարին փակել էր շատ բարձր՝ 9,4 տոկոս տնտեսական աճով։ Ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, Վրաստանին հաջողվել է պահպանել տնտեսական բարձր աճի տեմպերը։ Ու նման իրավիճակը պատահական չէ, քանի որ վրացական իշխանությունները կարողանում են պահպանել արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսի հավասարակշռությունը և ոչ միայն զերծ մնալ աշխարհաքաղաքական ցնցումներից, այլև բարձր տեմպերով զարգացում ապահովել:
