Գործող Ազգային ժողովը վաղուց արդեն ապացուցել է, որ Հայաստանի անկախության տարիների ամենախայտառակ, ամենավատ և քաղաքական խոսքից զուրկ խորհրդարանն է, ընդ որում, ամեն անգամ այս խորհրդարանը, ավելի ճիշտ, իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» ապացուցում է, որ կարող է ավելի ու ավելի ծակել հատակը, ավելի ցած իջնել, նսեմանալ և նվաստանալ։ Երեկ խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցած «դեբոշը» դրա վառ վկայությունն էր։

Իրավիճակը լարվել էր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լևոն Քոչարյանի ելույթից հետո։ Լևոն Քոչարյանը կոռուպցիայի մեջ էր մեղադրել գործող իշխանություններին, պատասխանել էր ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանը՝ լկտի կերպով վիրավորելով Լևոն Քոչարյանի հորը։ Դրանից հետո արդեն փոխադարձ վիրավորանքներ, գոռգոռոցներ, ընդհուպ ամենա խայտառակ հայհոյանքները։ Քաշքշուկից հետո ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները հեռացան նիստերի դահլիճից, դաշտը թողնելով «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» և «չմոներն» իրենց «մաչո» զգալով հենց խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից, ամենավերջի փողոցային հայհոյանքներն էին տալիս՝ չգիտակցելով, որ դրանով վիրավորում են ոչ թե ընդդիմությանը, այլ իրենք իրենց, ցույց են տալիս, թե ով են իրականում, ինչի են ընդունակ և որքան ստոր են իրենց գործողություններում։

8-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովը վաղուց ապացուցել է, որ ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք է, ընդ որում, ոչ միայն նրա համար, որ քաղաքական խոսքի իսպառ բացակայություն է տիրում, այլ նաև իշխող ՔՊ-ն կորցրել է սեփական դեմքը, հանուն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատրաստ է ամենացածր ու ամենաստոր քայլերին։ Իսկ Արսեն Թորոսյանի՝ ԱԺ բարձր ամբիոնից հնչեցրած ամենախայտառակ հայհոյանքների համար, բնականաբար, քրեական գործ չի հարուցվի, թեպետ, եթե մենք իրավապահ համակարգ ունենայինք, Թորոսյանն արդեն ձերբակալված կլիներ «խուլիգանության» հոդվածով։
