Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

106-րդ տարեդարձը Մայր բուհը դիմավորում է հայագիտությանը հասցվող նոր հարվածներով և ակադեմիական ավտորիտարիզմի նոր դրսևորումներով։ ԵՊՀ գիտխորհրդի ընդունած նոր կարգի գործողության հետևանքով Համալսարանի այն պրոֆեսորները և դոցենտները, ովքեր զբաղվում են հայագիտության ոլորտի այնպիսի թեմաներով, որոնք հետաքրքիր չեն միջազգային գիտատեղեկատվական շտեմարաններին, չեն կարող դասավանդել մեկ ամբողջական դրույքով։ Փաստորեն այն սահմանափակումները, որոնք անցած տարվանից սկսեցին կիրառվել գիտաշխատողների հանդեպ, կկիրառվեն նաև դասախոսների նկատմամբ։

Համաձայն ԵՊՀ «Պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի թափուր պաշտոնները համալրելու և տվյալ պաշտոնի գիտամանկավարժական գործունեության տեսակները սահմանելու մասին» կարգի՝ պրոֆեսորի պաշտոնի կարող է հավակնել այն անձը, ով վերջին հինգ տարիների ընթացքում միջազգային գիտատեղեկատվական շտեմարաններում ունի հրապարակված առնվազն 3 հոդված, իսկ դոցենտի պաշտոնի հավակնորդը պետք է ունենա 2 հոդված։

Այն, որ միջազգային գիտատեղեկատվական շտեմարաններում դասախոսների և գիտաշխատողների հրապարակումները պետք է խրախուսվեն, անվիճելի է, ոչ ոք դրա դեմ չի խոսում։ Խնդիրն այստեղ այն է, որ հայոց լեզվի, հայ գրականության, հայոց պատմության և հայագիտության որոշ այլ բնագավառներում ստեղծագործող դասախոսները պարտավոր են գրել այնպիսի հոդվածներ, որոնք ընդունելի կլինեն միջազգային գիտատեղեկատվական շտեմարաններում ընդգրկված հանդեսների համար։ Այսինքն հայագիտության բնագավառի այն դասախոսները, ովքեր ստեղծագործում են, օրինակ՝ հայերեն բարբառների, հայ գրողների, հայոց պատմության առանձին շրջանների վերաբերյալ, ստիպված են լինելու իրենց գիտական հետաքրքրությունը մի կողմ դնել, նախ և առաջ գրել այնպիսի թեմաներով, որոնք կտպագրվեն դրսի հանդեսներում, հետո նոր միայն, բավականաչափ ժամանակ և էներգիա ունենալու դեպքում կարող են ստեղծագործել իրենց հուզող թեմաներով։

Կարգը ոչ միայն տարբերակում չի դնում բնագիտական և հումանիտար-հասարակագիտական ուղղությունների միջև, այլև միտումնավոր անտեսում է հայագիտության առանձնահատկությունները։ Միտումնավոր, քանի որ պրոբլեմի մասին ԵՊՀ ղեկավարությունը քաջատեղյակ է։

Նոր կարգը լրացուցիչ լիազորություններ է վերապահում ռեկտորին՝ ազատվելու անցանկալի դասախոսներից։ Նախ՝ բոլոր այն պրոֆեսորները և դոցենտները, ովքեր չեն համապատասխանի այս չափանիշներին, ստիպված են լինելու դասավանդել առավելագույնը կես դրույքով՝ ամեն տարի թարմացվող պայմանագրերով։ Իսկ պայմանագիր նորոգելու որոշման հարցում ԵՊՀ ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը կարմիր գծեր ունի սահմանած, որոնք տարեց տարի փոխվելու են, և եթե անցնող տարում այդ կարմիր գծերը վերաբերում էին ակտիվ քաղաքական գործունեություն ծավալելու հանգամանքին, ապա կարգը ուժի մեջ մտնելու պահից այդ կարմիր գծերը շատ ավելի են խստացվելու։

Երկրորդ՝ մրցույթն անցած դասախոսին աշխատանքից ազատելու մեխանիզմներ են ներդրվում։ Ռեկտորն իրավասու է դառնում ընտրված դասախոսի՝ իր պաշտոնին համապատասխանության հարցը բարձրացնել ֆակուլտետային գիտական խորհրդում, ստեղծել համապատասխան հանձնաժողով, դրանում իր հայեցողությամբ ընդգրկել արտաֆակուլտետային և արտահամալսարանական փորձագետների, հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունից հետո էլ գիտխորհրդի փակ, գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ ազատվում է անցանկալի մարդկանցից։

Այս ֆոնին և հաշվի առնելով, որ երեկ ԵՊՀ հանդիսությունների մեծ դահլիճի բեմում Համալսարանի շրջանավարտների, դասախոսների և ուսանողների առջև ելույթներ էին ունենում այնպիսի անձինք, ինչպիսիք Պետրոս Ղազարյանն է կամ Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը, թեև դժվար է շնորհավորական խոսք ասելը, այդուհանդերձ չեմ կարող չհիշել, որ 106 տարի առաջ այս օրը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը որոշում ընդունեց ստեղծել Երևանի պետական համալսարանը։
