Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանն այսօր կառավարության նիստում ներկայացրեց շուկայում իրականացված վերլուծության և առանձին ապրանքների գնաճի վերաբերյալ տվյալներ:
Ուսումնասիրությունը կատարվել է նոյեմբերի սկզբից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 10-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, երբ դրամն ԱՄՆ դոլարի համեմատ արժեզրկվել է շուրջ 13 տոկոսով՝ 411-ից հասնելով 463 դրամի: Փոխարժեքի փոփոխությունն իր ուղղակի և անմիջական ազդեցությունն է թողել ներմուծված ապրանքների գների վրա, որոնք սկսել են բարձրանալ նոյեմբերի 20-ից սկսած:
«Կաթնամթերքի գները տարբեր չափով են փոխվել, ընդ որում, ասեմ, որ կան որոշ տեսակներ, որ գնային փոփոխության չեն ենթարկվել: Օրինակ՝ նույն կաթը կամ պանիրը, որն իր տեխնոլոգիական առանձնահատկություններով արտադրվում է անարատ կաթի հիման վրա: Դրանց գծով էական գնային փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել: Ի դեպ, ոչ բոլոր կաթնամթերք արտադրողներն են կաթնամթերքի գները բարձրացրել: Խոսքը հիմնականում վերաբերում է երկու խոշոր արտադրողներին՝ «Աշտարակ կաթ» և «Դուստր Մարիաննա» ընկերություններին»,-ասաց Արտակ Շաբոյանը և հավելեց, որ ապրանքային նշանից կախված օրինակ բերեմ. մենք մեր դիտարկումների ժամանակ ֆիքսում են հստակ ապրանքատեսակներ, որոնց գծով իրականացնում են գնային դիտանցումներ:
«Օրինակ, բրնձի գծով մենք ուսումնասիրում ենք կիլոգրամով, քաշով վաճառվող բրինձը, որի 1 կգ-ը այս պահի դրությամբ «Երևան սիթի» խանութների ցանցում արժե 375 դրամ՝ 325 դրամից դարձել է 375 դրամ, այսինքն՝ գների փոփոխությունը կազմել է 4 տոկոս: Մինչդեռ այդ նույն բրնձի կողքին վաճառվում է նաև «Մառանիկ» անվանումով բրինձը, որը փաթեթավորված է, մաքրված, որոշ չափով վերամշակված և համարվում է բրենդային ապրանք, և այդ նույն բրնձի գինը 4 անգամ ավելի է, քան այն բրնձինը, որը գտնվում է մեր ուսումնասիրության շրջանակում»,-ասաց Շաբոյանը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ հնդկաձավարի գինը ևս ավելացել է, ինչի վրա ազդել են ձեռքբերման գները, որոնք մեծ չափով ավելացել են: Ըստ նրա՝ հնդկաձավարը ներմուծվում է ռուսաստանյան շուկայից, իսկ այնտեղ այդ բերքը կրճատվել է 20 տոկոսով, ու գները բարձրացել են:
