Քանի որ հայկական մամուլը և ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակը հատկապես վերջին տարիներին վեր են ածվել բողոքի գրքի, և ընդհանուր առմամբ գերիշխում է նեգատիվ տեղեկատվությունը, նույնիսկ անսովոր է դարձել ինչ-որ դրական քայլերի, նախաձեռնությունների մասին կարդալը: Այնինչ՝ դրանք կան:
Օրինակ, եթե «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից որևէ տեղ թռչելը Հայաստանի քաղաքացու վրա բավականին թանկ է նստում, ապա այսուհետ Գյումրիի «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանից ավելի էժան կնստի. ուղևորներին ելքի վիզային տուրքերից ազատելու մասին այսօրվա առաջարկությունը Կառավարության այն դրական նախաձեռնություններից է, որոնց մասին նույնպես անհրաժեշտ եմ համարում նշել: Հետաքրքիր է, որ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի այս առաջարկությանը Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն էլ է հավանություն տվել, հավանաբար սկսել է գիտակցել, որ վարչապետությունը միայն նախարարների վրա ջղայնանալու և մուննաթ գալու համար չէ, պետք է նաև քայլեր անել ի նպաստ ժողովրդի:
Ինչևէ, ամեն դեպքում նախաձեռնությունը ողջունելի է, և հուսով եմ՝ կյանքի կկոչվի: Արդյունքում Գյումրիի օդանավակայանը կկարողանա էժանացնել տոմսերը և ներգրավել նոր՝ ավելի մատչելի գներով աշխատող ավիաընկերություններին:
Այստեղ ես տեսնում եմ ևս մեկ դրական միտում՝ Գյումրիի օդնավակայանի զարգացումը և ավելի էժան գներով սպասարկելը միգուցե կստիպի «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանին և «Արմենիա միջազգային օդանավակայաններ» ընկերությանը վերանայել իր գնային քաղաքականությունը, ներգրավել նոր ավիաընկերություններ, եթե, իհարկե, չեն ուզում, որ մի գեղեցիկ օր «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանից օգտվողներն ավելի շատ լինեն, քան «Զվարթնոցից»: Իսկ քաղաքացին ամեն դեպքում ընտրելու է ավելի էժան տարբերակը:
Բացի այդ, այս քայլը կնպաստի նաև Գյումրիի աշխուժացմանը, իսկ Հայաստանը միայն Երևանով չի սահմանափակվում:
