«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո նոր իշխանությունների կողմից բացահայտորեն թիրախավորվեցին Հայ առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցին, Հայոց հաղթական բանակն ու ազգային շահերը պաշտպանելու գործում աննահանջ պայքար մղող հայկական Սփյուռքը։ Նույնիսկ ավելորդ եմ համարում հիմնավորել ասածներս, որովհետև այդ ամենը տեղի է ունեցել մեր աչքի առաջ, և դա անհերքելի փաստ է։

Արդյունքում հայ իրականության մեջ հպարտորեն հնչող «մենք հաղթանակած և ուժեղ պետություն ենք» արտահայտությունը մեր բառապաշարում իր պատվավոր տեղը զիջեց «մենք պարտված ու թույլ պետություն ենք» ստորացուցիչ արտահայտությանը։ Կարծում եմ՝ ի սկզբանե վտանգավոր էր նման մտքեր հնչեցնելը, սակայն այսօր այդ վտանգավորությունը ավելի խորանալու միտում ունի, քանի որ հայրենասիրությունն ու եկեղեցասիրությունը նույնիսկ ուսումնական հաստատություններում պետականորեն չեն խրախուսվում։ Ցավալի է, որ հայ հասարակության մարտունակության վրա բացասաբար ներգործություն ունեցող այդ արտահայտությունը ցայսօր շրջանառության մեջ է գտնվում։ Կարծում եմ՝ դրանից ազգովի պետք է հրաժարվենք, քանի որ, ինչ էլ լինի, մենք իրավունք չունենք մեզ թույլ ու պարտված ներկայացնելու աշխարհին։ Գուցե աշխարհն այդպես մտածելու հիմքեր ունի, սակայն մենք այդպես չպետք է մեզ ներկայացնենք։ Երբ մենք մեզ այդպես ենք բնութագրում, ապա Ադրբեջանն էլ իրեն թույլ է տալիս իր պահանջներով հատել բոլոր կարմիր գծերը։ Դրա վառ ապացույցներից է ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության պահանջը։

Հայ ազգի թշնամիների պահանջով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը իրականություն չպետք է դառնա, քանի որ անընդհատ ներկայացվող պահանջները իբր խաղաղության պայմանագրին հասնելու նպատակով անվերապահորեն կատարելու ՀՀ իշխանությունների պատրաստակամությունը կարող է հանգեցնել մի հանգրվանի, երբ ՀՀ իշխանություններն ազգային բանակ ունենալ չունենալու հարցն էլ հարցականի տակ կդնեն, որովհետև այն Ադրբեջանի համար վտանգ է ներկայացնում, թեև, եթե օրերս կառավարության կողմից ներկայացված օրինագիծը կյանքի կոչվի, ապա Հայաստանը կունենա հարուստ դասալիքներից կազմված մի անհասկանալի կառույց, որը կարող է և որևէ վտանգ չներկայացնել։ Պետք է հասկանանք վերջապես, որ, ըստ ադրբեջանական քարոզչության, ընդհանրապես անվտանգ ապրող հայն է իրենց համար վտանգ ներկայացնում, հայատյացությունը Ադրբեջանում կրոնի է վերածվել։ ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից ադրբեջանական պահանջներն անվերապահորեն կատարելու դեպքում կարող է կասկածի տակ դրվել նաև Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու գործել - չգործելու հարցը, քանի որ, ըստ Ադրբեջանի, այսպես կոչված, հոգևոր առաջնորդի, բանից պարզվում է՝ Հայ առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցին նույնպես տարածաշրջանի ու իրենց համար վտանգ է ներկայացնում։ Ինչպես և սպասվում էր, Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածինը համարժեք և արժանապատիվ պատասխանեց Ադրբեջանի «հոգևոր առաջնորդի» բարբաջանքներին՝ դրանով շատ գեղեցիկ օրինակ ծառայելով նաև ՀՀ իշխանությունների համար, ցույց տալով, թե ինչպես պետք է պատասխանել թշնամու անպատասխանատու և անհիմն մեղադրանքներին ու պահանջներին։
