ԱՄՆ դեսպանը հայտարարել է, որ ուկրաինական հակամարտության հարցում Թրամփի «համբերությունը սպառվել է»

Անկարայում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Թոմ Բարաքը կարծում է, որ Թուրքիան կարող է կազմակերպել ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ուկրաինայի առաջնորդների քառակողմ հանդիպում՝ ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար: Սակայն, միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես նա նշել է NTV-ին տված հարցազրույցում, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփի «համբերությունը սպառվել է» կարգավորման ժամկետների հարցում:

«Նախագահ Թրամփի համբերությունը սպառվել է։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, չի կարելի ասել, որ նա շատ համբերատար է։ Թուրքիային գործընթացում ներգրավելու և մի շարք խնդիրների վերացման դեպքում կարող է տեղի ունենալ գագաթնաժողով։ Եվ կարծում եմ, որ մենք կարող ենք գտնել խնդրի լուծում, որը կբավարարի բոլորին», - ասել է դեսպանը։

Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ հնարավոր «գագաթնաժողովը պետք է լինի բովանդակալից»։ «Այնտեղ կայացված որոշումները պետք է լինեն արդյունավետ և պարունակեն անվտանգության երաշխիքներ։ Թուրքիան կարող է օգնել նեղացնել այն հարցերի շրջանակը, որոնք առաջնորդները պետք է քննարկեն՝ բոլոր կողմերի համար ողջամիտ լուծում գտնելու համար», - ասել է Բարաքը։

Հունիսի 2-ին Ստամբուլում Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակությունների միջև տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների կապակցությամբ դեսպանը նշել է, որ, իր կարծիքով, «Թուրքիան կարող է կարևոր դեր խաղալ»։ «Այս անիմաստ պատերազմները աղետ են մեզ բոլորիս համար։ Թուրքիան համագործակցության ավանդույթ ունի Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի հետ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս նրան կառուցել կարևոր երկխոսություն», - ասել է դիվանագետը։

Երկուշաբթի  Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել էր, որ կցանկանար Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու միջև հանդիպումը կազմակերպել թուրքական տարածքու: Նա նաև չի բացառել Թրամփի մասնակցությունը դրան։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ ջանքեր կգործադրի նման գագաթնաժողով կազմակերպելու համար։
