Կոնվերս Բանկի համապատասխանության ապահովման բաժնի պետ-Համապատասխանության գլխավոր պատասխանատու Ադրինե Թարխանյանը մասնակցել է ՄԱԿ-ի Կանանց կարողությունների զարգացման սկզբունքների (Women’s Empowerment Principles) շրջանակում կազմակերպված տարածաշրջանային աշխատաժողովին: Այն անցկացվել է հունիսի 11-12-ը Թբիլիսիում՝ միավորելով ծրագրին միացած կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների ու մասնագետների:

Աշխատաժողովի շրջանակում քննարկվել են տարբեր տիրույթներում՝ համայնք, աշխատաշուկա, բիզնես, գենդերային հավասարության իրավիճակին, խնդիրներին ու դրանց լուծման հնարավորություններին նվիրված հարցեր՝ սկսած ներառական կառավարումից մինչև գենդերային հավասարություն ապահովող մատակարարման շղթաներ:

Միջոցառման շրջանակում ելույթ է ունեցել նաև Ադրինե Թարխանյանը: Նա նշել է. «Կոնվերս Բանկում խորապես հավատում ենք, որ հավասար հնարավորությունների ստեղծումը ոչ այնքան արդարության է, որքան ռազմավարական անհրաժեշտություն։ Կանանց աջակցությունն ուժեղացնում է կազմակերպությունները, խթանում նորարարությունը և նպաստում ավելի կայուն համայնքների ձևավորմանը։ Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ՄԱԿ-ին՝ այս կարևոր նախաձեռնությունն առաջնորդելու համար ու տեղեկությունների, մտքերի փոխանակման արդյունավետ հարթակ դառնալու, ինչպես նաև Կոնվերս Բանկին՝ մեր աշխատավայրում Կանանց կարողությունների զարգացման սկզբունքներին հետևելու և աջակցելու համար»։

Նշենք, որ Կոնվերս Բանկը նախաձեռնությանը միացել է 2022թ-ին, իսկ այժմ կանանց կարողությունների հզորացման ծրագրեր է իրականացնում տարբեր միջազգային կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ ՎԶԵԲ, ՄՖԿ ծրագրերի շրջանակում:
