Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արտակ Կարապետյանը, ով ամիսներ առաջ է նշանակվել այդ պաշտոնին, երեկ երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում է կայացրել գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ։ Ու թեպետ, փաստաբանները մանրամասն և կետերով փաստարկել են, որ առաջադրված մեղադրանքն ապօրինի է, դատավորը, ժամեր տևած բուռն քննարկումներից հետո, կալանքի որոշում է կայացրել։ Հիշեցնենք, Սամվել Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել՝ իշխանությունը զավթելուն, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելուն, ինքնիշխանությունից հրաժարվելուն կամ սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչերի համար։

Կարապետյանն ընդամենը հայտարարել էր. «Մի փոքրիկ խմբակ, մոռանալով հայոց պատմությունը, հայ եկեղեցու հազարավոր տարիների պատմությունը, հարձակվել է հայ եկեղեցու վրա, հայ ժողովրդի վրա։ Քանի որ ես միշտ եղել եմ հայոց եկեղեցու կողքին ու հայ ժողովրդի կողքին, ունենալու եմ իմ անմիջական մասնակցությունը։ Եթե քաղաքական գործիչներին չհաջողվի, ապա մենք մեր ձևով ենք մասնակցելու այս ամեն ինչին»։

«Մենք մեր ձևով» բառերն էին դարձել Փաշինյանի համար առիթ և պատրվակ Կարապետյանի դեմ հարձակում գործելու։ Ավելին, իշխանական քարոզչամեքենայի պտուտակները ողջ օրը փորձում էին համոզել, որ Կարապետյանը փորձում է մուտք գործել քաղաքական դաշտ և իբր անկայունություն ստեղծել Հայաստանում։ Բացի այդ, կալանավորված գործարարին, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու սպասավորներին և ընդդիմադիր ուժերին էլ մեղադրում էին Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության գործակալ լինելու մեջ։ Հայաստանում ձևավորված ավանդույթի համաձայն գործող իշխանությունները իրենց յուրաքանչյուր ընդդիմախոսի ռուսական գործակալ են հռչակում և այդ կերպ արդարացնում իրենց ապօրինությունները։

Կարապետյանի դեմ հարձակումը միայն այսքանով չէ, որ ավարտվել է։ Երեկ արդեն կասեցվել է «Տաշիր կաթ» ընկերության գործունեությունը, Երևանում գործող տասնյակ «Տաշիր պիցցա» ցանցերից մի քանիսի աշխատանքը։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանն էլ սպառնացել է շատ արագ ազգայնացնել ՀԷՑ-ը, իսկ տարբեր աշխատակիցների սպառնացել, որ եթե մարդ բերեն Կարապետյանի օգտին բողոքի ցույցերին, պատժվելու են և դատվելու։

Կարապետյանի փաստաբաններն, իհարկե, կբողոքարկեն ակնհայտ ապօրինի այս որոշումը, բայց փաստն այն է, որ գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են Հայաստանում բռնատիրական կարգեր հաստատելու, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր հայ, հատկապես Սփյուռքից, որ համարձակվում է գալ Հայաստան և իր ձայնը բարձրացնել եկեղեցու, հայկական արժեքների դեմ իշխանությունների ոտնձգությունների կապակցությամբ, անմիջապես հայտնվում է փաշինյանական հանցախմբի թիրախում։
