2025 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեժ գիծ հեռախոսահամարին տարբեր փաստաբաններից ստացվել են մի շարք ահազանգեր այն մասին, որ նախաքննական մարմնի կողմից ժամեր շարունակ չի ապահովվում իրենց մուտքը վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին և տեսակցումն իրենց ձերբակալված վստահորդների հետ։  Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի գրասենյակից:

Պաշտպանը մշտապես ընդգծել է, որ փաստաբանի մուտքն ու վստահորդին տեսակցելն ուղղված են անձի իրավունքների լիարժեք իրացման երաշխավորմանը: Նշվածի հաշվառմամբ՝ խիստ մտահոգիչ է վստահորդների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը ստանձնելու նպատակով ներկայացած փաստաբանների մուտքի առումով խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելու պրակտիկան: Նման գործելաոճը վտանգում է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի վարչական շենքում գտնվող՝ հատկապես քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկվող անձանց իրավաբանական օգնություն ստանալու, ինչպես նաև դրա հետ փոխկապակցված այլ իրավունքների պատշաճ իրացումը: Պաշտպանն ընդգծում է, որ այս պրակտիկան պետք է իսպառ բացառվի:

Նշվածի հաշվառմամբ` Պաշտպանն իրավասու մարմինների ղեկավարների ուշադրությունն է հրավիրում ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ կարևորելով առաջացած խնդիրների հրատապ լուծումը։
