Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ Ազգային տոնի առթիվ: Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Մեծարգո պարոն նախագահ, թանկագին Էմանուել,

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ և իմ լավագույն մաղթանքները հղում Ձեզ և եղբայրական ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդին Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային տոնի կապակցությամբ։

Ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդի համար մեծ կարևորություն ունեցող այս օրը լավագույն առիթն է ընձեռում վերստին ընդգծելու Ֆրանսիայի առանձնահատուկ դերակատարությունը ազատության, հավասարության և եղբայրության համամարդկային վեհ արժեքների ամրագրման և խրախուսման գործում, ինչպես նաև վերահաստատելու մեր ընդհանուր հանձնառությունը դրանք դարձնելու իրականություն՝ ի բարօրություն մեր քաղաքացիների և պետությունների։

Ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ համընդհանուր այս արժեքների և հայ ու ֆրանսիացի ժողովուրդներին միավորող դարավոր բարեկամության վրա խարսխված Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև պատմական կապերն առանցքային նշանակություն են ունեցել մեր միջպետական հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում:

Առանձնահատուկ երախտագիտությամբ եմ ցանկանում նշել, որ մեր երկու երկրների միջև առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերությունները, որի մասին են վկայում հաստատված բարձրաստիճան քաղաքական սերտ երկխոսությունն ու երկկողմ համագործակցության` անխտիր բոլոր ուղղություններով իրականացվող արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, Ձեր հաստատակամ հանձնառության շնորհիվ այսօր վերաճել են ռազմավարական գործընկերության։

Գոհունակությամբ եմ ցանկանում ընդգծել, որ մեր երկու երկրների միջև փոխգործակցությունն այժմ ընդգրկում է այնպիսի կարևոր ոլորտներ, ինչպիսիք են կլիմայի փոփոխության դեմ պայքարը, կենսաբազմազանության պաշտպանությունն ու արհեստական բանականությունը։ Այս համատեքստում, ցանկանում եմ վերահաստատել Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը՝ իր նպաստը բերելու համաշխարհային այս մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերին։

Բարձր ենք գնահատում նաև բարեկամ Ֆրանսիայի շարունակական կարևոր աջակցությունը և Ձեր անձնական ջանքերը՝ միտված Հարավային Կովկասում արդար ու տևական խաղաղության հաստատմանը։

Վերստին շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդի համար խորհրդանշական այս օրվա առթիվ և Ձեզ հղում խաղաղության ու բարգավաճման իմ լավագույն մաղթանքները։
