Глава Минфина России Антон Силуанов и первый вице-премьер, министр финансов Узбекистана Рустам Азимов в среду, 10 декабря, подписали соглашение об урегулировании финансовых требований и обязательств между Россией и Узбекистаном, сообщает «Интерфакс». Документ был подписан в рамках визита в Ташкент президента России Владимира Путина.
Документ предполагает, что Россия спишет Узбекистану $865 млн из госдолга в $890 млн, говорил ранее в среду Антон Силуанов. «Из этого тела (долга) узбекская сторона нам погашает 25 млн. Все остальное идет на облегчение государственного долга (Узбекистана)», — цитировало Силуанова РИА Новости.
Во вторник помощник президента России Юрий Ушаков заявил, что соглашение о списании долга предусматривает, что Москва сделает скидку к сумме задолженности Ташкента, а он единовременно погасит остаток долга. По его словам, по состоянию на ноябрь основной долг Узбекистана составлял $500 млн, а начисленные проценты — $388 млн.
«Этот вопрос в какой-то мере тормозил развитие торгово-экономических связей, особенно сотрудничество в финансовой сфере», — говорил Ушаков.
Он сообщил, что в ходе переговоров в Ташкенте будут также подписаны соглашение об основных направлениях развития и углублении экономического сотрудничества на 2015-2019 годы, программа сотрудничества МИДов России и Узбекистана на 2015 год и протокол об обмене результатами исследований наркотических средств и психотропных веществ, изъятых из незаконного оборота.
