Գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտնությունը հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում, կալանավորումը և նրա նկատմամբ իշխանության բռնաճնշումները քաղաքական բացարձակ նոր իրողություն են ստեղծել Հայաստանում, հատկապես հուլիսի 4-ից հետո, երբ Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց՝ որակապես նոր ընդդիմադիր ուժ ստեղծելու և դրա միջոցով գործող վարչապետի պաշտոնանկությանը հասնելու իր մտադրության մասին։ Իշխող ուժը, բնականաբար, սկսեց կրկին չարաշահել «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսը՝ փորձելով Ռուսաստանում ապրած և իր հարստությունը ոչ Հայաստանի հաշվին ստեղծած բարերարին կապել նախկինների հետ։ Թե որքան սին և անհեթեթ են նման պնդումները, կարող է փաստել յուրաքանչյուրը, անգամ իշխող թիմի անդամները։

Ամենակարևոր հարցը նոր ստեղծվող քաղաքական ուժի դեպքում այն է, թե ո՞վ է լինելու կուսակցության ղեկավարը և կամ ո՞վ է գլխավորելու ընտրական ցուցակը։ «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի փոխնախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբորորդին՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հայտարարել է, թե քաղաքական թիմի ղեկավարը կլինի Սամվել Կարապետյանը և նրա աշխատանքային հովանու ներքո կգնան առաջ։ Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը չի կարող առաջադրվել վարչապետի պաշտոնում, քանի որ այդ պաշտոնում կարող է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քաղաքացին, որը չունի այլ երկրի քաղաքացիություն, ինչպես նաև վերջին 4 տարին մշտապես բնակվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում։


Իսկ խոսելով Կարապետյանի նախկին իշխանությունների հետ նույնականացնելու փորձերի մասին, Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նշել է, թե Սամվել Կարապետյանի անցած ճանապարհը տարբերվում է մեր երկրի նախկին 3 ղեկավարների անցած ճանապարհից՝ դա տնտեսական ճանապարհն է։ «Գործակցությունը իշխանության ղեկավարների հետ եղել է, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ ուղիները մեկ են»,- նշել է Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, այդպես էլ բայց չի մանրամասնել, թե ով է լինելու իրենց ցուցակի առաջին համարը։

Մամուլում տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ ցուցակը կարող է գլխավորել Հայաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ով սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ։ Ընդ որում, Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ով ևս բնակվում է Ռուսաստանում, ֆորմալ առումով, Սահմանադրության պահանջները պահպանել է, մշտապես գալիս է Հայաստան, ամիսներ շարունակ ապրում Հայաստանում, և այդ կերպ գործող իշխանություններին զրկել է իր անունը ցուցակներից հեռացնելու հնարավորությունից։

Ինչը նշանակում է, որ Կարապետյանը բավականին լուրջ քաղաքական ամբիցիաներ ունի և հասկանում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները փորձելու են իր դեմ ևս ինչ-որ բաներ կազմակերպել։ Սամվել Կարապետյանի թիմից դեռևս ոչ հերքում, ոչ հաստատում են այս հանգամանքը, բայց առաջիկայում, երբ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախապատրաստվելու փուլը մոտենա, իրավիճակն ավելի կպարզվի, հայտնի կդառնա, թե ով է գլխավորելու Սամվել Կարապետյանի ղեկավարած թիմը։

Իսկ այդ ուժը դառնալու է լուրջ այլընտրանք գործող իշխանությունների համար՝ հաշվի առնելով, թե հանրության մեջ գործարարի նկատմամբ ունեցած բավականին դրական և բարձր վերաբերմունքը և թե այդ ուժի ունեցած ռեսուրսները։ Իհարկե, չի բացառում, որ Փաշինյանը փորձի Սամվել Կարապետյանի նոր կուսակցությունը չգրանցել։ Այդ դեպքում էլ, սակայն, ճար կա, կարող են մի քանի փոքր ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների դաշինքով մասնակցել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։ Ամեն դեպքում գործող իշխանության համար Սամվել Կարապետյանը բավականին լուրջ հակառակորդ է լինելու։
