Ucom-ը՝ հավատարիմ մնալով իր հաճախորդակենտրոն մոտեցմանը, ներդնում է հարցումների SatisfAI նորարարական հարթակը՝ հաճախորդների գոհունակության և սպասարկման փորձի շարունակական վերլուծության նպատակով: 

SatisfAI-ի կիրառումը Ucom-ին հնարավորություն կտա անցկացնել NPS  (Net Promoter Score/ Հաճախորդների գոհունակության ցուցանիշ) և այլ արագ ու պարզ հարցումներ, իրական ժամանակում վերլուծել տվյալները և ավելի արագ արձագանքել հաճախորդների կարիքներին։ SatisfAI-ը առավելագույնս հեշտացրել է այդ գործընթացը՝ տրամադրելով հարմարավետ ինտերֆեյս և տվյալների վերլուծության ավտոմատացված գործիքներ։

NPS հարցումը տարածված միջազգային մեթոդաբանություն է, որն օգտագործվում է ընկերության հանդեպ հաճախորդների հավատարմության և ծառայություններից բավարարվածության աստիճանն արագ պարզելու համար: Համակարգը հնարավորություն է տալիս ծառայության մատուցման ավարտից անմիջապես հետո SMS-ի, մոբայլ հավելվածի կամ էլեկտրոնային փոստի միջոցով  կապ հաստատել հաճախորդի հետ և կարճ հարցման միջոցով  գնահատել նրա հավատարմությունը, ինչպես նաև՝ սպասարկման որակից գոհունակությունը։
