ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ԱՄԷ-ն անվանել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ իր հանդիպման համար հարմար վայրերից մեկը։ Նա նաև հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հետ իր հանդիպման հնարավորության մասին, սակայն որոշակի պայմաններով։

«Մենք շատ ընկերներ ունենք, ովքեր պատրաստ են օգնել մեզ կազմակերպել այս տեսակի միջոցառումներ: Մեր ընկերներից մեկը Միացյալ Արաբական Էմիրությունների նախագահն է: Կարծում եմ՝ մենք կորոշենք, բայց սա կլինի հարմար, բավականին հարմար վայրերից մեկը», - ասել է Պուտինը:

Ռուսաստանը և Միացյալ Նահանգները համաձայնության են եկել երկու երկրների նախագահների՝ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Դոնալդ Թրամփի միջև առաջիկա օրերին հանդիպման վերաբերյալ: Գագաթնաժողովի շուրջ այժմ աշխատանքներ են տարվում, լրագրողներին հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը: Պուտինի և Թրամփի հանդիպման վայրը նույնպես համաձայնեցված է և կհայտարարվի ավելի ուշ:

«Ամերիկյան կողմի առաջարկով` սկզբունքորեն համաձայնեցվել է առաջիկա օրերին ամենաբարձր մակարդակով երկկողմ հանդիպում անցկացնելու, այսինքն՝ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Դոնալդ Թրամփի միջև հանդիպման անցկացումը: Այժմ մեր ամերիկացի գործընկերների հետ սկսում ենք կոնկրետ աշխատանք», - հավելել է Ուշակովը։

Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ Թրամփի հատուկ դեսպանորդ Սթիվեն Ուիթքոֆը Կրեմլում բարձրացրել է Պուտինի, Թրամփի և Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու միջև եռակողմ հանդիպման գաղափարը, սակայն Մոսկվան այն թողել է առանց մեկնաբանության։
