Վաշինգտոնում երեկ ստորագրված հայ-ամերիկյան համաձայնագրերը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև նախաստորագրված համաձայնագիրը նաև գաղտնի շերտեր ունեն, որոնց մասին պաշտոնական աղբյուրներն, իհարկե, ոչինչ չեն հայտարարի։ Թեպետ նշվում է, որ միայն Միացյալ Նահանգներն աջակցություն է ցուցաբերելու Հայաստանին, էներգետիկ, ենթակառուցվածքային և այլ ոլորտներում Փաշինյանի թիվ մեկ մտահոգությունը եղել է սեփական իշխանությունն ամեն գնով պահպանելու մոլուցքը։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփն անձամբ երաշխավորել է Փաշինյանին իր աջակցությունը խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններում, դրա համար Հայաստան բավականին լուրջ մասնագետների ուղարկելով, ինչպես նաև օգնելով համապատասխան ռեսուրսներով, որոնք գործող իշխանություններին օգնելու են հնարավորինս ավելի լավ պատրաստվել խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններին, ինչպես նաև ճնշում են բանեցնելու, որպեսզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա հետ ավելֆիլացվող ուժերին հաջողվի կրկին զավթել իշխանությունը Հայաստանում։

Միացյալ Նահանգներին առնվազն մի քանի տարի պետք է իշխանության ղեկին պահել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որպեսզի ստորագրված համաձայնությունները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանից ստացած բոնուսներն ավելի ամրապնդի։ Դրանից հետո միայն կկարողանան մտածել Փաշինյանին փոխարինելու, այլ ավելի ցանկալի մեկին բերելու մասին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նույն Թրամփի վարչակազմը նաև Ուկրաինայի նախագահի հետ հազվագյուտ հանածոների մասին պայմանագիր էր ստորագրել, ըստ էության՝ յուրացնելով Ուկրաինայի ընդերքի հարստությունները, բայց Ուկրաինայում այդպես էլ խաղաղություն դեռ չի հաստատվել, ավելին, գնալով Կիևի գործերն ավելի վատթարանում են։ Իսկ այն, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրումը որևէ պրակտիկ բան չի փոխելու Ադրբեջանի նկրտումներում, կարծես թե որևէ մեկը չի էլ կասկածում։
