Եթե պայմանականորեն դիտարկենք անցած շաբաթվա իրադարձությունները որպես Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքի կարևոր շրջադարձային պահ, ապա արժե մեկ անգամ հետ նայել և ապա առաջ, որպեսզի գնահատենք Փաշինյանի կառավարության գործունեության հասցրած վնասը հայ ժողովրդին և այն վնասը, որը ապագայում կարող է լինել։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՀ նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը:

«Այստեղ ես անգամ չեմ անդրադառնա այն ավերիչ հետևանքներին, որոնք հասցվել են Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարությանը, Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերություններին, Հայոց Եկեղեցուն, տնտեսությանը, հասարակական կառուցվածքին, դատական համակարգին, լրատվամիջոցներին, քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը և յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացուն։ Այդ հաշվեկշիռը նույնքան մռայլ է։

Կանդրադառնամ միայն գոյաբանական հարցերին՝ ինքնիշխանություն, տարածքային ամբողջականություն, անվտանգություն, պատերազմ և խաղաղություն։

Վերջին յոթ տարիների ընթացքում մենք կորցրել ենք ամբողջությամբ Արցախը, հազարավոր կյանքեր, անհամար վիրավորներ, հաշմանդամներ և անհետ կորածներ, Բաքվում պահվող գերիներ, Հայաստանի տարածքի զգալի հատվածներ, որոնք այժմ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ են, երկրի ամենառազմավարական հատվածում գտնվող այսպես կոչված Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի զիջում, և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի գործընթացի լուծարում։

Նախապես ստորագրված, այսպես կոչված «խաղաղության համաձայնագրի» լիակատար իրականացումից հետո մենք կարող ենք ակնկալել Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության հետագա քայքայում․ ժողովրդի կամքին հակառակ պարտադրված սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ, նոր տարածքային զիջումներ, այդ թվում՝ ռազմավարական հյուսիս–հարավ տրանսպորտային ուղիների վրա գտնվող այսպես կոչված անկլավներ, հնարավոր մասնակի զինաթափում և մեր անվտանգության հնարավորությունների սահմանափակում, ինչպես նաև սարսափեցնող հեռանկարը՝ որ հայերը կձերբակալվեն և կհանձնվեն Ադրբեջանին միայն այն պատճառով, որ մասնակցել են Արցախի ինքնորոշման պայքարին։ Եվ այս ամենը՝ առանց Հայաստանի անվտանգության և երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության թեկուզ նվազագույն երաշխիքների։

Մեկ այլ դիտարկում․ այն պնդումը, թե «եթե միջանցքը չզիջեինք այս ձևով, այն ուժով կգրավեին», անհիմն է, անընդունելի և շատ վտանգավոր։ Այն իշխանությունը, որը նման հիմնավորում կտա իր ձախողումներին, վաղուց արդեն իշխանության ղեկին լինելու իրավունք չէր ունենա։ Երկրորդ, Փաշինյանը հրապարակայնորեն խոստովանել է, որ զիջել է ողջ Արցախը՝ կանխելու այդպիսի ելքը։ Այժմ նա զիջել է երկուսն էլ միասին։

Այս նշումը գրել եմ ճիշտ հինգ րոպեում, ուստի ներողություն եմ խնդրում բազմաթիվ այլ օրինակների համար՝ անցյալից, ներկաից և սպասվելիք ապագայից, որոնց չեմ անդրադարձել։ Սակայն նույնիսկ այս թերի պատկերը ինքնին խոսուն է»,- գրել է նա:
