Օգոստոսի 15-ին Պետերբուրգյան բորսայի տվյալներով՝ բենզինի գները վերադարձել են աճի՝ նախորդ երկու օրերի անկումից հետո։ ԱԻ-92 տեսակի գինը բարձրացել է 0,64%-ով՝ հասնելով 70 409 ռուբլու մեկ տոննայի համար, իսկ ԱԻ-95-ի գինը աճել է 0,94%-ով՝ մինչև 78 832 ռուբլի, մոտենալով պատմական առավելագույնին։

Աճը հաջորդել է էներգետիկ ոլորտը վերահսկող փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսանդր Նովակի գլխավորած խորհրդակցությանը, որի արդյունքում որոշվել է պահպանել վառելիքի արտահանման ամբողջական արգելքը՝ առնվազն մինչև սեպտեմբեր։ Խորհրդակցությունից առաջ բորսայում ԱԻ-95-ի գինը 하루ում ընկել էր 2,87%-ով՝ հասնելով 78 203 ռուբլու։ Մասնագետների կանխատեսմամբ, եթե նոր աճը դառնա միտում, հաջորդ շաբաթ հնարավոր է գների նոր ռեկորդ։

Վաճառքի բարձր գները արդեն վնասներ են պատճառում լցակայաններին, չնայած մանրածախ գներն այս տարի աճում են ավելի արագ, քան գնաճը։ Գների թանկացման հիմնական պատճառների թվում են ՆՓԳ-ների պլանային վերանորոգումների ձգձգումը, անօդաչուների հարձակումների հետևանքով առաջացած արտակարգ աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև ավտոմոբիլային փոխադրումների աճող պահանջարկը՝ օդանավակայաններում պարբերական խափանումների ֆոնին։
