«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների, այն է՝ 2024 թվականի հունիսի դրությամբ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկատվության, հաշվառված էլեկտրաշարժիչով շարժիչային տրանսպորտային միջոցների մասով կան հետևյալ ցուցանիշները՝ 10 801 թեթև մարդատար, 94 բեռնատար, 1 ավտոբուս, 13 մոպեդ, 5 մոտոցիկլետ։ 2024 թվականի հունիսի դրությամբ հաշվառված էլեկտրաշարժիչով շարժիչային տրանսպորտային միջոցների 55 տոկոսը կազմում են մինչև 3 տարեկան տրանսպորտային միջոցները, 4-10 տարեկանները՝ 32 տոկոս, իսկ 10 տարեկանից մեծ տրանսպորտային միջոցները՝ 13 տոկոսը: 2021-2024 թվականների ընթացքում (2024թ. ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ) տեղադրվել և ներկայումս հանրապետության տարածքում կիրառվում է 317 լիցքավորման կայան, որոնցից 177-ը Երևանում։ Հաշվի առնելով էլեկտրամոբիլների տարածումը՝ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է հարկային օրենսգրքի 64-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված ավելացված արժեքի հարկի արտոնությունը երկարաձգել ևս երկու տարով՝ 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 2027 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: Նախագծի ընդունմամբ նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծվեն երկրում էլեկտրական շարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցների ձեռքբերումն ու շահագործումը խթանելու, արդեն իսկ արձանագրված դրական արդյունքների շարունակականության ապահովման, մթնոլորտային օդի աղտոտվածության նվազեցման համար:

Միևնույն ժամանակ առաջարկվում է «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ» օրենսգրքում նախատեսել դրույթ, ըստ որի հարկային օրենսգրքի 64-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 58-րդ կետով սահմանված արտոնությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներմուծված էլեկտրական շարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցը Հայաստան ներմուծելուց հետո օրենքով նախատեսված դեպքում սահմանված ժամկետում գրանցման չներկայացնելու համար կսահմանվի տուգանք՝ հայտարարագրված արժեքի 20 տոկոսի չափով։ Նշված մոտեցումը, ըստ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության, թույլ է տալիս արդարացի հավասարակշռություն ապահովել բոլոր անձանց միջև, սահմանելով պատասխանատվության միջոց յուրաքանչյուր անձի համար իր կողմից ստացված արտոնությանը համահավասար։
