Հետևելով Չինաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին՝ կարող ենք փաստել, որ այլևս միաբևեռ աշխարհը գոյություն չունի։ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին և ռուս զինվորին հաջողվեց փոխել աշխարհակարգը և հիմք դնել նոր աշխարհի ստեղծմանը։ Մեկ մարդ իր քաղաքական համառության, հայրենասիրության և աշխարհաքաղաքական պատկերացումների շնորհիվ կարողացավ փոխել միաբևեռ աշխարհը։

Ինչո՞ւ է սա կարևոր։ Որովհետև միաբևեռ աշխարհը, որը ղեկավարվում էր հավաքական Արևմուտքի կողմից՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների գլխավորությամբ, անարդար աշխարհակարգ էր։ Այդ աշխարհակարգը իր շահերից ելնելով շահագործում էր ոչ միայն ողջ աշխարհը և մարդկությանը, այլև ցանկացած կետում հանուն իր շահերի պատերազմներ էր հրահրում՝ կործանելով բազմաթիվ մարդկանց ճակատագրեր և պետություններ։

Այսուհետ հիմք է դրվում նոր աշխարհի ձևավորմանը, և այդ գործընթացում յուրաքանչյուր պետություն և ժողովուրդ ինքն է որոշելու՝ կանգնել նոր ձևավորվող ավելի արդար աշխարհակարգի կողքին, թե օգնել Միացյալ Նահանգներին և հավաքական Արևմուտքին պահպանելու միաբևեռ աշխարհը։ Վերջիններս, բնականաբար, շարունակելու են պայքարել, բայց վստահ եմ՝ անօգուտ, քանզի նոր աշխարհակարգի ստեղծման գործընթացը սկսված է։ Ավելին՝ կարելի է ասել, որ մենք արդեն ապրում ենք նոր երկբևեռ աշխարհում, որը ունենալու է ավելի արդար և ավելի հասկանալի սկզբունքներ համայն մարդկության համար։

Սրանք միայն տողեր չեն։ Ավելի արդար նշանակում է, որ փոքր պետություններն ու ժողովուրդները ևս կարողանալու են իրենց աշխատանքի ու խելքի շնորհիվ զարգացնել սեփական պետությունները և իրենց ժողովուրդների համար ապահովել բարեկեցություն ու անվտանգություն։ Այս իմաստով կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանն ու հայ ժողովուրդը ևս պետք է ընտրեն մեր բարեկամ և դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի կողքին կանգնելու և նրան օգնելու ուղին, որպեսզի նոր երկբևեռ աշխարհը ձևավորվի ավելի շուտ և ավելի փոքր կորուստներով։

Այո՛, պատմությունը կերտում են անհատները, և մեկ անհատ՝ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, կերտեց նոր պատմություն մարդկության համար, որի ականատեսն ենք այսօր։

Բոլորս էլ սխալական մահկանացուներ ենք և մի օր գնալու ենք այս աշխարհից։ Բայց այն անհատները, ովքեր պետություններ են կառավարում և վճռում են ժողովուրդների ու պետությունների, հաճախ նաև համայն մարդկության ճակատագրերը, պետք է գիտակցեն, որ իրենց անունները հասարակ մահկանացուների նման ոչ միայն գրվելու են գերեզմանաքարերի վրա, այլև հիշատակվելու են պատմության դասագրքերում։ Սա նշանակում է, որ դարեր անց մեր ապագա սերունդները հիշելու են այդ մարդկանց, կարդալու են նրանց գործունեության մասին պատմության դասագրքերում, ֆիլմեր են դիտելու նրանց մասին։ Այսօր ինչպես ապրում են այդ գործիչները, այնպես էլ նրանց ապագայում հիշելու են սերունդները։

Հետևաբար պետական այրերը պետք է այնպես ապրեն, որ սեփական ժողովուրդների ու պետությունների համար փառք բերեն, հզորացնեն իրենց երկրներն ու ժողովուրդներին, որպեսզի ապագա սերունդները հիշեն նրանց հպարտությամբ և փորձեն նմանվել այդ գործիչներին։

Առօրեական իշխանական խաղերը, սեփական ժողովրդին մոլորեցնելու և խաբելու քայլերը՝ հանուն իշխանությունը պահելու կամ իշխանության գալու, պետք է հուշեն պետական-քաղաքական այրերին, որ նման գործելաոճով նրանք պատմության դասագրքերում մնալու են որպես սեփական ժողովրդին և պետությանը չծառայած, սեփական երկիրը թուլացրած անհատներ։ Ապագա սերունդները պարզապես, մեղմ ասած, չեն հարգելու այդ մարդկանց։

Սիրելի ժողովուրդ, շատ կարևոր է, որ մեզանում լինեն իսկապես պետությանն ու ժողովրդին ծառայելու ունակ քաղաքական էլիտաներ։ Թվում է, թե սա երկրորդական խնդիր է, երբ ապրում ես քո առօրեական հոգսերով ու խնդիրներով, բայց իրականում սա ամենակարևոր խնդիրն է։ Մարդկության պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ այն ազգերն ու ժողովուրդները, ովքեր ունեցել են հզոր առաջնորդներ և հզոր քաղաքական էլիտաներ, հենց նրանք էլ կարողացել են ապահովել անվտանգ, բարեկեցիկ և հզոր պետություններ իրենց ժողովուրդների համար։

Խնդրում եմ Աստծուն, մեզ՝ հայերին, տա այդքան ուժ և միտք։
