Կոնվերս Բանկը ներդրել է Հայաստանում ՄՓՄՁ մրցունակության բարձրացմանը միտված նոր վարկային պրոդուկտ «EU4Business SME COMPETITIVENESS AND INCLUSION PROGRAMME IN EASTERN PARTNERSHIP» ծրագրի շրջանակում:

Ծրագրի նպատակն է կանաչ տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ խթանել ՓՄՁ-ների մրցունակության բարձրացումը տեղական և տարածաշրջանային մակարդակներում:

Վարկային միջոցները կարող են ուղղվել՝ 

  • հիմնական միջոցների, գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի և

սարքավորումների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների ձեռքբերմանը, 

  • ծառայությունների ոլորտի ֆինանսավորմանը, որոնց գործունեության բնույթը թույլ է տալիս արտահանել, 
  • շինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացմանը (բացառությամբ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի), 
  • օժանդակ ծախսերի ֆինանսավորմանը (շինարարություն, փոխադրում և տեղադրում)` մինչև համապատասխան տեխնոլոգիական արժեքի 20%-ի չափով:

«Պրոդուկտի շրջանակում Բանկը ֆինանսավորելու է միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին (ՄՓՄՁ)՝ աջակցելով նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներում նրանց կայուն ներդրումներին, ինչպես նաև արտադրանքի որակի, աշխատանքի, առողջության և անվտանգության, շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանության ոլորտում լավագույն չափանիշներին համապատասխանեցնելուն:  Հատկապես խրախուսվում է ԵՄ սերտիֆիկացված սարքավորումների ձեռքբերումը, ինչը ենթադրում է բարձր տեխնոլոգիական, արդյունավետ և բնապահպանական լուծումների օգտագործում ինչպես բիզնեսի զարգացման, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի կայուն զարգացման օրակարգի խթանման նպատակով»,- ասել են Բանկում:

Ֆինանսավորման առավելագույն չափը 1.3 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամն է, մարման առավելագույն ժամկետը՝ 84 ամիսը։ 

Նախատեսված է ֆինանսական խրախուսում՝ 10-15% քեշբեք բոլոր վարկառուների համար, ինչպես նաև մինչև 20%-ի չափով հավելյալ խրախուսում, որը 2020թ․ սեպտեմբերի 27-ից 2023թ․ սեպտեմբերի 23-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ տեղափոխված և ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից սահմանված կարգով գրանցում ստացած անձանց կողմից հիմնված ընկերությունների համար, կամ մինչև 15% հավելյալ խրախուսում տեղահանված անձանց աշխատանքի ընդունած ընկերությունների համար։
