news-front.su–ն «Թուրքիա-Հայաստան. նոր մոտեցում ծանրաձողին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ, լրագրողների տվյալներով, թուրք դիվանագետները, հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Սերդար Քըլըչի գլխավորությամբ, կժամանեն Հայաստան ցամաքային ճանապարհով և կանցնեն Ալիջան-Մարգարա անցակետով։ Եվ հենց «սահմանային հարցն» է լինելու առաջիկա բանակցությունների կիզակետում։ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես հաստատել է երկու երկրների դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների առաջիկա հանդիպման մասին տեղեկությունը։

Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների «կարգավորման» գործընթացը տևում է տարիներ և նույնիսկ տասնամյակներ։ ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից և Կովկասում նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների ձևավորումից հետո կարելի է հաշվել առնվազն երեք «կարգավորման» ալիք։ Անիմաստ է այստեղ և հիմա վերապատմել հաշտեցման մոտեցումների բոլոր մանրամասներն ու բարդությունները։ Միայն նշենք երրորդ «ալիքի» առանձնահատկությունները։ Այն զարգանում է տարածաշրջանային ստատուս քվոյի դրամատիկ փոփոխությունների, Անկարա-Բաքու ռազմավարական կապի ամրապնդման և Հայաստանի՝ ներսից ու դրսից կրիտիկական թուլացման ֆոնին: «Կարգավորման» երրորդ ալիքն սկսվել է դեռ 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերից, և ի՞նչ... Անգամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ 2025 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին Թուրքիա կատարած այցը, որը նրա գործընկերները շտապել էին որակել որպես առաջընթաց, իրականում էական փոփոխություններ չի արձանագրել:

Ինչո՞ւ է այդքան մեծ հետաքրքրությունը հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների նոր հանդիպման նկատմամբ: Կա երկու պատճառ: Նախ՝ խոսքը նրանց առաջին բանակցությունների մասին է Վաշինգտոնի գագաթաժողովից հետո: Շատերը շտապում են դա անվանել Կովկասում «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» սկիզբ: Թողնենք դա նրանց խղճին: Անկարայի համար Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունների «կարգավորման» հիմնական նախապայմանը հայ-ադրբեջանական հաշտեցումն է: Արդյո՞ք թուրքական կողմը կփոխի իր ալգորիթմը «կարգավորման» ճանապարհին: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Անկարան կհետևի «շտապիր դանդաղ» կանոնին, որպեսզի իր համար ամենամեծ օգուտը ապահովի: Երկրորդն այն է, որ բանակցությունների նոր փուլը տեղի կունենա պատվիրակությունների մակարդակով: Դա նշանակում է, որ զրույցն ավելի մանրակրկիտ կլինի:

Ամփոփելով՝ ասենք, որ Թուրքիան և Հայաստանը փորձում են կարգավորման գործընթացը մտցնել «Վաշինգտոնյան կոնսենսուսի» շրջանակներ։ Իզուր չէ, որ նախորդ արտահայտությունը մենք չակերտների մեջ ենք դրել։ Կովկասում ամերիկա-թուրքական գերիշխանության հաստատումից շահում են ոչ բոլոր կողմերը։ Ամեն դեպքում, Անկարան գործում է ուժի դիրքերից և հարձակողական ոգով։ Նրա համար չափազանց կարևոր է, ամերիկացի բեյսբոլիստների լեզվով ասած, to touch the base–ը՝ հիմքին դիպչելը։ Կամ, ինչպես ասել է խորհրդային հայտնի կատակերգական ֆիլմի ժողովրդական ասացվածքների հայտնի սիրահարը, «պետք է երկաթը կոփել առանց դրամարկղից հեռանալու»։
