Երեկ կայացել է Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանի գործով վերջին նիստերից մեկը։ Մեղադրող դատախազը դատավորից պահանջել է բավարարել իրենց ներկայացրած մեղադրանքն ամբողջությամբ։ Ելույթ է ունեցել նաև Միքայել Սրբազանը՝ բառի բուն իմաստով քարուքանդ անելով մեղադրող կողմի և իշխանության փաստարկները։ Նրա ելույթի ողջ ընթացքում դատավոր Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանը մեկ վայրկյան անգամ չի նայել Միքայել Սրբազանի կողմը։
