Արցախցին իր ամենաթանկն է վճարել, որ այսօր ՀՀ-ն գոյություն ունենա: Այս մասին Եռաբլուրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց Արցախի 5-րդ նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը:

Հարցին՝ ինչպե՞ս է պատկերացնում արցախցիների վերադարձը, Արցախի էջի վերաբացում հնարավո՞ր է, նախագահն ասաց. «Դա միայն արցախցիների հարցը չէ, դա համահայկական հարց է: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ այս հարցի շուրջ կունենանք կոնսենսուս որն այս պահին, ցավոք սրտի, չկա: Արցախի հարցը չի կարող փակվել, քանի դեռ արցասխցին զրչկված է իր հայրենիքից, իր գերեազմաններից, իր սրբություններից: Մենք համարում ենք, որ շուտ թե ուշ պետք է համապատասխան գնահատական ստանա»:

Շահրամանյանը հայնտեց, որ Փաշինյանի հետ չի խոսել այն հայտարարության վերաբերյալ, երբ վարչապետը հայտարարել էր, ՀՀ-ն չի մասնակցելու Արցախում տեղի ունեցող ռազմական գործողություններին:

«Այդ հարցի մասին չենք խոսել, նման հարց չեքն քննարկել: Այդ ժամանակ կապի մեջ էինք, որքանով որ կապ կար այդ օրերին և փորձում էինք համաձայնեցնել մեր գործողությունները: Տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ են քննարկումներ եղել, հիմնականում հայտարարութունների հետ կապված, որոշումների հետ կապված»,- ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով Եվլախի հանդիպման շուրջ խոսակցություններին Շահրամանյանը հստակեցրեց. «Ուզում եմ տեղեկացնմել՝ Եվլախի հանդիպմանը ես չեմ մասնակցել, երբևիցե Եվլախում չեմ եղել, Եվլախի հանդիպմանը մանսակցած անձինք որևիցե փաստաթուղթ չեն ստորագրել և այդ հանդիպումը կրել է միայն հումանիտար բնույթ»:
